I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Suzie. Please find comfort in knowing that Suzie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Suzie and Spooky have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Thank you for sharing Suzie's story. It helps enormously to know what other Chinese Crested dog owners have experienced. The tribute you wrote is lovely and comforting. I lost my hairless Chinese Crested dog (Xiao Nan Wu) earlier this month - on July 6, 2010. Thanks again! ~Faye Margaret

My thoughts and condolences go out to you on the loss of your precious Suzie. I also was a big dog person who became owned by a powderpuff Crown last fall> he has bee a deligth and comfort to me as I recently lost 2 of my big girls this year. It leaves such a hole in your heart when they have to go but the joy they give while here must be worth it. Suzie was lovely and I'm sure was a light in your life as only a Crsted can be. Truly little dogs with gigantic hearts. If you wish, please visit my wolfhound Gemmah and rottweiler Sadie at their sites. God Bless

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Hello Doreen, I lost my Beckett on April 7th so I can certainly relate to your losing Suzie. The loss of my husband was a severe shock and Beckett provided a lot of consolation for me even that last month of her life. Perhaps Suzie and Beckett are having a ball in "Doggie Heaven". Someone sent me a beautiful poem about God creating "Doggie Doors" especially for beloved dogs. Know I'm thinking of you with your feelings of loss.

I'm so sorry for your loss. She was so luck to find such good parents. She was a cutie. We lost our Suzie last month. We rescued her too. but she was 3 months old a cocker spainel. It's really hard but they had good lives and we will be with thme again someday...Kathy

Suzie, you are so beautiful! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your mommy and daddy who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Doreen & Andy, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Suzie is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as BG is watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May her sweet love continually hug your hearts until then. Blessings & peace, Clare & Martha....Please visit our BG at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BG001/resident.HTM

Doreen & Andy, I am so very sorry for your loss of your beloved Suzie, she sounds like such a remarkable girl. The memorial and tribute you have set up for her speaks volumes of the unconditional love that you shared. Suzie had a wonderful life with you, full of love, joy and adventure. Your little angel is now watching over you with the same tenderness you bestowed on her earth life with you. May you find peace and comfort in all the happy memories that the two of you shared. Dear Doreen and Andy, My heart goes out to you knowing how painful it must be not to be able to share your days with Suzie. I hope you can take comfort in the special memories you shared together. Your unconditional love provided her a wonderful happy life. You taught one another the meaning of trust, loyalty and caring. Suzie was a blessing to you, just as you were to her. May you find comfort in the joys of her memory. Love, Myrna
