Thank-you, Linda for sharing Susie's page with us. Having just lost both of our beloved girls, we know the pain and heartache that is felt when our furry babies leave us. Although they are always meant to have lives shorter than ours, it does not dull the sadness of not seeing their sweet, beautiful faces or having them to love and care for. The amount of love that we get from them cannot be measured and will stay in our hearts, minds and souls forever - they become a part of us. I hope they are all playing together and watching over all of us until we meet again one day never to part.

Linda and Dan, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Susie and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm

Linda/Dan..I think it is wonderful when persons like yourself will take on a furry that has issues. Not many others would have given her the chance. Susie was very lucky to have you. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken away from us too soon. But be sure to know Susie is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph,Eva and friends while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge. I can send you my bavies sites if you wish to visit..take care..

Linda, I do know how you feel. Not a day goes by that I don't miss my little Bridget. They do capture out hearts. But you were dear parents to her and gave her more life than she was going to get anywhere else. Precious memories......

Dear Linda and Dan, she's beautiful and precious in every way. I love your words and pictures for they show how very much Susie and Bailey were loved, and always will be loved. I know the sorrow of saying goodbye to a precious little soulmate, but we must always know that our babies have gone to a happy place where they are young and well again. Sweet Susie now plays like a kitten in heavenly sunshine. With Bailey, she roams, chases, cuddles and naps, knowing all along that she will be reunited with her earthly family someday. My two kitties, Inky and Bubba Lou, were there to welcome Susie to the rainbow meadow and I am sure my kitties have fallen in love with both of your angel babies. We will see our little ones again someday, never to be parted for all of eternity. I wish you blessings of healing and peace, dear friends. You were, and always will be, a wonderful family for Susie and Bailey. I understand and care. Jane

Susie - You were a pretty girl! You are a precious lady and so beautiful! You have left your family many endearing memories! Send your family some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Linda and Dan know that God has appointed you to be their guardian, protector to watch over them until they are called to join you at the Bridge. To Linda and Dan - I send my heartfelt sympathy to you over the loss of Susie. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

Hello Linda & Dan, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Susie. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. Please take comfort in knowing that one day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander in July 2008 & have attached his link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm

My Sidney was on the bridge to welcome Susie to her new home. They are chasing sunbeams and telling "tails" of how much they were loved. I have asked them to send you a rainbow from heaven above, a upside down smile. When you miss Susie the most listen to your heart, her love and paw print are there

Linda and Dan, I was so sorry to hear about Susie. I am sure she and Bailey are having a blast together in heaven. There is a reference in the bible to animals being in heaven so we know that when we go we will be reunited with our beloved pets.

Susie, you are purrfectly beautiful! Please go to the Bridge and purr your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your momma and poppa who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Linda and Dan, your world has lost a very special furpurrson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Susie, along with Bailey, is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May their sweet love continually hug your hearts until then. Blessings and peace, Clare and Martha....Please visit our Katy at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/KATY004/resident.HTM
