Dear Stony, Over the past 13 years I've read many a story regarding the "memories" people have about their precious pets. But, rarely do they show as much love as your "dad" has for you. How wonderful he rescued another in your honor and better yet he's much like you, not you, but like you. I'm sure you had a hand in that. Look after all those kitties that might need help adjusting to RB. If you need help just find a big white guy named Littleman; he's been their over 13 years. I'm sure he'll guide you along. Bless you. Jack

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Hi James, Thank you so much for visiting Owen's page and for writing to me. I am so sorry about Stoney. He is a beautiful cat and clearly much loved. I loved reading your story about how he came to you. I think our animals choose us as much or more than we choose we them. We will see them again. Much Love, Heidi

James, your tribute to Stony is so touching. I, too, am Catholic, and while I've been told that animals don't have souls and therefore don't go to Heaven, I refuse to believe it. Since God is pure LOVE and is all just and created these wonderful creatures Himself, I can't imagine Him turning his back on them, when so many are abused and neglected and suffer so much pain in this world. I choose to believe that we will see them again. God Bless, and Happy Easter.

Dear James I am so sorry for the loss of your dearly loved friend Stony what a beautiful cat he is. We also lost Oscar who sadly had to be put to sleep on the 12th January. Oscar also had a tumor and nothing could be done to cure Oscar. Stony will be playing happily with Oscar, Polly, and Mable now and the angels will be watching them. Love Diane and Rita xx

Iam sure Stony is happy in heaven sitting beside God and making all kinds of new friends. God has promised that we will see our friends again. What a beautifull time that will be and to know that for all enternity they will never leave our sides again. We are very sorry and we hope you find comfort in knowing that your Stony lives in your heart. Stony knows that you gave so much love of yourself and Stony will be waiting for you at Rainbow Bridge. James ~ Oh how I know how you feel! Your tribute to Stony is beautiful. It sounds as though he had a wonderful life with you, and you loved him the very most that a person could love another. I know all too well about kitties being a part of you. I hope that you can find comfort here at Rainbows Bridge, I know I sure have. I feel a peace in my heart, knowing that someday I will be reunited with my Jasmine. I will treasure her Residency always, as I hope you will with Stony's. I hope God blesses you always!

Hey there little Stone! How's the World's Best Cat doing? Hope you've met all those new friends and are having a great time playing! I'm doing a little bit better, but I miss you so much little one. Reading in bed last night it was so strange to not have you plop down right on the page I was reading! I asked Mom and Dad and David to look after you until I can be with you. Try to send me sign so I'll know your ok! I love you little fat Stony Cat! Papa
