I am so sorry that you are suffering the loss of your sweet furbaby. I truly believe that every life is precious, every life has meaning and every life has a destiny. No matter how big or how small. Animal and human. We all share this world and this life and our souls are connected. Your furry child is still alive but in God's beautiful heaven and the love you share will find it's way to heaven and back. Feel whatever it is you need to feel for as long as you need to. I have many furbabies at the bridge and I still long for them but I know their souls are always with me. Please know that you will see your lil angel again. We are all one big family up there! I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Smartie. Please find comfort in knowing that Smartie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13,Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, and Shelby 6/12/18. I am sure that Smartie and my babies have all become good friends. For sweet Smartie, I know that during your lifetime you gave Abbie much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness flying over the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Abbie wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Smartie, I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and although he is a little dog he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Abbie, I just visited your Smartie's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious feathered angel. G'day, Smartie. My Grandpa asked me to welcome you to beautiful Paradise meadow and be your companion to chase bright rainbows and colorful butterflies. Grandpa has me give each new precious feather angel from Downunder their own Australian flag for their new home in Paradise meadow as they wait for their special person to come for them one day. I'll take you to visit other Paradise angels from Australia so you will feel comfortable and right at home in Paradise meadow! I'll introduce you to a pretty little girl doggie named Tinkle from Queensland...she's a very special playmate of mine and will be a best playmate for you too. I'll give you angel wing lessons so you can fly on your silvery new angel wings to visit Mummy in her dreams...she loves you deeply and misses you so and a dream visit from you will put a big smile on her face and the warmth of your forever love in her sad heart.
