Donna/Joe..a beautiful tribute to a great friend. Simon is a beautiful boy. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know he is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care..

Hi Donna and Joe. I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved Simon. I know the heartache of what its like to lose a beloved family member, companion, fur kid like Simon. Our fur kids are amazing, giving 100% of themselves each and every day, helping see us through the worst of times by giving us love, comfort, acceptance, friendship and joy. Reading your posted memories of Simon, it is evident Simon was deeply loved and cherished. I can understand questioning whether you made the right choice regarding his life. Please know that you did. You did what you did out of love. Simon knew he was loved, loved enough to spare him what could have been deep suffering. Thats what matters. Simon formed a deep, forever bond with those who loved him. Yes, we shall all meet with our fur kids once it is our time to cross the Rainbow Bridge. They shall help us pass as we helped them. It is my hope you find peace, comfort and joy in recalling Simon's memories.

Dear Simon, We never met. I only heard your occasional meow, over my Sony headphones on Saturday nights, during online video gameplay (WoT) with Joe. You became affectionately known as "Spy Cat" for your tendency to jump on Joe's lap or demand his attention at a critical part of the game. We grew to suspect you were working for the other team! ;-) Over the months and years I feel like I got to know you and looked forward to hearing your voice each Saturday night during my virtual visit. I'll miss you. If God is awarding Cat Medals for bravery and distinctive service you deserve an Ace Master Badge. All the best to you, Unicom Cat. Bon voyage on your next adventure in the World of Cats! Greg

WOW! Such a very beautiful and special looking cat. I am truly one of those people who adores the kitties and have had several myself over the years and now have two new kittens I am raising. Oh boy insanity but so wonderful! Simon looks very smart and sensitive. What a great life he had with you and story you tell. I am so very sorry you had to lose him. He did live a good amount of years. Long enough to become a part of your life completely. I too had two who lived to be 20 and devastated me when they got sick. I have honorary areas for them all. I just lost my Cujo Kitty Kat of 15 years to a heart condition and am mourning for him. But I talk and sing to him every day as I know he loves that. It keeps us connected. He hurts too and I want him to feel better. So talk and sing your love and thanks. Simon will hear and will come to visit. It really is amazing how they stay in touch with us. Be well and keep the love alive.

I am so sorry for your loss of Simon. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Simon that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Simon and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Simon continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

Donna and Joe: You've written an exquisite memorial page for your best friend called Simon, whose life enriched yours for an eternity. Indeed, Rainbow Bridge is truly a special place with chase-worthy new buddies, lush meadows to take blissful sundrenched naps and an opportunity to reunite with Sam, a life-long companion. Allow this imagery to help ease your tears and reflect on a life so well lived. With heartfelt condolences in your time of need, may you be wrapped in a blanket of solace and strength during this transition and I'm gifting a stack of snuggly blankets for the loves of your lives.

Hello, handsome Simon, welcome to Paradise meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mom and Dad love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to help Sam and Sugarfoot welcome you and be a playmate to chase butterflies and trade kitty love headbumps. She'll show you Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mom and Dad hear your sweet meows and purrs and feel a touch of your kitty paw in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come for you to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're curled up beside your pawprints in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at Mom and Dad so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mom and Dad always, beloved sweet Simon. Pressy's Grandpa
