Hello, pretty Sadie, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mom loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mom feels your loving presence with her and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mom so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mom always, beloved sweet Queen Sadie. Pressy's Grandpa

Carol, I am sorry to learn of the passing of your beloved Sadie. I worked at UK`s Battersea Home for Dogs/Cats and always loved looking after the greyhounds - such loving, intelligent dogs, always good in kennels. Your Sadie seems to have Lab ears - but the rest is clearly greyhound. Thank you for rescuing her from a shelter and giving her a happy home with you for over 15 years - from a pup. And then the day came when you had to say goodbye. Whether our beloved fur children pass in their sleep or we have to make the hardest decision - to let them go - it is still a terrible shock and my heart goes out to you. But be sure that the bonds formed between you in her 15 years continue on forever into the next life - and are unbreakable. And the loving spirit of Queen Sadie will always be near you in this life until it is your turn to cross the Bridge and join her in the Land of Love and Light that God has prepared for those who love him: where there is no more parting - only tears of joy!

Hello Carol, As you begin to reflect on memories of your beautiful Sadie. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

Dear Carol, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Sadie. She was a beautiful girl and obviously deeply loved. You gave her a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Sadier will continually provide you with comfort, she will forever live in your heart and memories. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

Carol..Sadie is a beautiful girl and is very lucky to have you as her forever family....a beautiful tribute for a great friend. It is never easy to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. For whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon while leaving their forever pawprints within us. She is now healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge, they are gone from our site but never forgotten. I can send you my babies site if you wish to visit..take care..

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Sadie. Please find comfort in knowing that Sadie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Sadie and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Carol, I am so sorry for your precious Sadie. I can see why you picked her (or did she pick you?) with that beautiful face. Judging by the thoughtful memorial you made for her, I can tell she meant the world to you. I, too, lost my beloved Murphy who gave me so much joy and happiness in the short time we were together. He is at the Rainbow Bridge, and I hope he and Sadie meet so they can run and play in the warm sunshine together. May the wonderful memories you have of your sweet angel stay with you until you meet again.

No more pain or suffering for our furbabies, only sunshine and lots of new friends. Soon you will all be together again and going over the rainbow together, which is where your lives’ really begin

Carol- Queen Sadie's dignified posture revealed a true lady with sophistication and a zest for life. May the emptiness fill with loving sentiments be a source of comfort during this challenging time. I am so deeply sorry for your loss and added another brick to the paw-lined path to Rainbow Bridge in loving memory of your best friend.
