"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that bloom in your heart this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this blessed season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during the Holidays. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved Roxie bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...God bless, and best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

Hello Erik & Heidi, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Roxie. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Roxie. Please find comfort in knowing that Roxie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. Just recently on January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. Spooky never met Hannah but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah at the bridge. I am sure that Roxie, Spooky, and Hannah have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Erik/Heidi..Roxie is a beautiful and was very, luck to have you as her forever family and for the short time she was with you left you with many fine memories. It is never easy to lose a furry young or old (or in your case short term or long) and i have lost both. For whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon while leaving they're forever pawprints within us.Roxie is now happy, healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph, and Eva while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge.I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care...

Erik and Heidi, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Roxie and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm

What a beautiful, heartfelt story you wrote on Roxie's memory page. Very moving and a wonderful testament to your love for her. It's so sad that you lost her so soon, but her love will always be in your hearts. And, you will remain the better people you became by loving Roxie. Perhaps, one day you'll be able to think of Roxie more with smiles than tears. She'd like that.

Hello, pretty Roxie, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mom and Dad love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to help your meadow fur family welcome you and be a playmate to chase rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mom and Dad feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now another guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at Mom and Dad so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mom and Dad always, beloved big baby girl. Pressy's Grandpa

Roxie, you beautiful young lady. You were so blessed to have Erik & Heidi to love you so very much. I pray you and your family are comforted during this time of grief. Say hi to my crew at the bridge, where you are now running at break neck speeds, never feeling pain again.

For sweet Roxie, I know that during your lifetime with Erik & Heidi you gave them much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness at Rainbows Bridge. From looking at your photos and reading what your family wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Roxie I have a wonderful play friend for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends and are now running and playing together. For Erik & Heidi, I just visited Roxie's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I am sure if asked, Roxie would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Last January I lost my little boy Pedro so I can understand how you must be feeling. Erik & Heidi please visit my Pedro and write a few words in his guest book at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Pedro002/Resident.htm - thank you. Wishing you both all the best always, Rosalind (Pedro's mom

I'm very sorry about the loss of your Roxie. I think greyhounds have the most beautiful, gentle faces. I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. At least its just for now. Roxie is happy and healthy. No pain. She doesn't need a ramp and there is plenty of room to run and plenty of critters to chase. She's having a ball with her new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you. I know she knows how much you love her. She's in good company and had so many to greet her at the bridge when she got there. I hope Roxie has met my Finn by now. He's a scrappy little cat who loves to run..in short spurts. I'm sure they'll be good friends. If you would care to visit my Finnbar, http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/FINNB001/Resident.htm
