So sorry for your loss. I just lost my beagle Rumba 2 days ago, so the grief has begun. It is so very difficult. Since Rumba is just arriving at the Rainbow Bridge, hopefully Ricco can look out for him and they can play together. Again so very sorry and God Bless...

Dear Brad, my heart ached while reading your moving tribute to Ricco. I know how empty you must feel. Nothing prepares us for the loss we feel when we lose a special friend. I pray that in time your heart begins to heal and will smile once again when you remember your little buddy. With deep sympathy, Rose

Hello Brad, As you begin to reflect on memories of your beautiful Ricco. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Ricco. Please find comfort in knowing that Ricco is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Ricco and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

I'm sorry for the loss of your Ricco. I lost my Finnbar December 2012.I lost my Rocky in March. I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be.Until then Ricco is waiting for you at Rainbowsbridge happy and healthy. There are new places to explore so much space to run like the wind all the good treats and when he needs a break, meadows to lie in the sun. He's having a ball with his new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you.I hope he's met my boys by now.Finn is a friendly little cat but he's scrappy and Rocky is the sweetest gentle giant. If you would care to visit my guys http://Rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Finnb001/Resident.htm http://Rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Rocky303/Resident.htm

Brad, I cried with you as I read about your love for Ricco - and how today you collected his ashes from the Vet. I am deeply sorry for the loss of your dear companion and best friend. I have travelled this painful path of grief so know how you feel. After 6 months I am starting to heal - and so will you - in time. I am glad that you are able to shed healing tears for your best boy. This is necessary for the process of grief which few understand when it is a beloved animal companion who has passed. I have learned to find my two pigeons on a spiritual level and they fly with me daily. May you be aware that Ricco is nearer than you think and the bonds you have formed bind you together for eternity. Of course you miss his physical presence - yet you can find him near you again in your spirit - a bit like praying - as you talk to him. Gradually the pain will get less. Precious memories will remain of a wonderful `gift from God` in your life enriching you for ever - awaiting you in Heaven.

Brad- Your heartache was palpable in your tribute to your buddy, Ricco. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. We live in a world that teaches people to think of our 'pets' as objects, clearly, Ricco fulfilled your life with his loving heart and soul. May you always feel his connection from his physical state (now) while embracing memories of your road trips to help mend your broken heart. The pull rope I have left at Rainbow Bridge will keep you forever attached as a bond between two friends remains for an eternity.

Ricco I am sorry for your loss. Brad loves you and misses you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Running and playing all day with the other furbabies. One day we will join them for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge.

I am so sorry for your loss of Ricco. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Ricco that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Ricco and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Ricco continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

Dear Brad, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Ricco. He was such a beautiful Boy and obviously deeply loved. You gave him a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial ceremony. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Ricco will continually provide you with comfort, He will live in your heart and memories forever. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

For sweet Ricco, I know that during your lifetime you gave Brad much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at the beautiful residency that Brad created just for you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Ricco I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Brad, I just visited Ricco's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious furangel. I am sure if asked, Ricco would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Ricco. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)

Hello, handsome Ricco, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Daddy loves and misses you so...he made you a beautiful place at Rainbows Bridge. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Daddy feels your loving presence with him and Ricco kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until he comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask he not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in his heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Daddy so he feels the warmth of your love surround him and knows you miss him too and are with him. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Daddy always, beloved sweet Ricco. Pressy's Grandpa

Dear Ricco, you are truly cherished. Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your dad who misses you so much, and he will send his love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Brad, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Ricco is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually nuzzle your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Ricco will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Tashi at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/TASHI002/resident.HTM
