Dear Quattro. Thinking about you today and remembering you on your upcoming 8th anniversary at the Rainbow Bridge. I recently sent another check in your name to Chance at Life Cat Rescue in New Jersey who tried to help you. Our 3 outside kitties are all getting along well now. It took a while for the black kitty to warm up to the kitten who is now actually 3 years old; how time flies. We think Brown kitty is around 10 or 12, black kitty is 5 and gray kitty is 3. Hoping everything is wonderful for you at the Bridge and I hope to get to meet you someday. God bless you.

Dear Quattro, I am so very sorry that this happened to you. I am in tears reading this story. My heart is aching. I wish I could have known you and gotten the chance to take you in and show you all the love and affection you deserved. You are at peace now, pain-free, and I am thankful for that, but this never should have happened. 💔💔 Much love to you. From Liz and Sophie.

Remembering you little one. An innocent fur angel that did not deserve what happened to you. My heart goes out to all "innocents". I wish those people who harm them .. the same treatment they give out.

Dear Quattro, I think of you often. I sent another check to the clinic that tried to help you to help with the care of others. The one kitten from last years litter that stayed with us is still with us living in the garage with the other two kitties. He is quite vocal. He does not get along with black kitty, she hisses at him quite often. But brown kitty gets along with him, she is very easy going. It is autumn now and I will soon make sure the heater is in working order to keep the garage warm for them this winter. Brown kitty is a homebody and rarely ventures from the yard. Black kitty is quite the wanderer and is gone most of the time; I worry about her. The kitten from last year who we call gray kitty wanders a little to the neighbors yard but mostly stays in our yard. He is quite the eater and I have to keep him and black kitty separated at meal time or he will eat her food. I will let you go for now, just wanted to let you know we think about you.

Dear Quattro, I am thinking about you again today as I do on many days. Well we have sent 7 of our 8 kittens on their new journeys to new homes. We still have one that lives in the garage and stays with the two abandoned cats we take care of. I do not know if this kitten is a boy or girl as I have not been able to catch it yet. But I have recently been able to engage it in play with a mouse on a string. I am hoping by September when it will be 6 months old I can catch it and have it spayed or neutered. I truly hope you are having fun playing with all the others. I wonder if you’ve met my Smokey. He was our puppy from September 1967 to November 1967. He got sick and passed away. He was a wonderful puppy; so full of life. I hope you have met him and if not look for him. Well Quattro I should go now; know that I think of you often.

Dear Quattro, I am thinking about you again today. I wonder how much fun you had when you were a kitten playing with your litter mates. I wonder how you came to be on your own. Did someone abandon you? Were you born outdoors to a stray and live your entire life outdoors? I hope you found comfort from those who tried to help you. We have eight 8 week old kittens in our garage right now from two abandoned kitties we take care of. I have been visualizing you as a kitten running and playing and sleeping with your litter mates. I wonder how your personality was when you were a kitten. One of our kittens comes to me when I go to the garage to feed them. Some of the others are indifferent to me and one runs and hides every time I appear. Soon we will take 4 of these kittens to a no-kill rescue to be adopted. I hope and pray they all go to good homes. I am guessing after crossing the bridge 5 years ago you are now all settled in and have probably helped others. Have a wonderful day.

Dearest Quattro. Just today I came across your memorial page and read your story. My heart breaks for what you had to endure. I wonder how your life was; did you live alone, it's not good to be alone; did anyone ever give you some food or drink? Where did you sleep? I think of my own 2 kitties at home safe and secure. I think about the toys and food they have; how they fall asleep on their backs in the knowledge they are safe. Now I have come across your memorial on your anniversary of crossing the Rainbow Bridge. I take some comfort in knowing you are free from pain and suffering now and in the presence of God's love. I hope and pray these 5 years have been nothing but fun for you running and playing with all your friends there and being able to rest in God's care. God Bless You little one. I will never forget you and hope I can meet you someday.

Dear Stephanie. Thank you for setting up a page for Quattro. It is a horrifying story. I hope the people who did this live with regret and guilt for their entire lives. I feel so bad for Quattro. I hope he/she has found peace and comfort in the afterlife. There are many names that mean Beloved; for a male Lowell, for a female Amy. We are currently taking care of two abandoned cats who were left behind when our neighbor moved. We would have gladly taken in Quattro if he/she had made it to our house. I have shed tears for Quattro's difficult life. Dear Quattro I hope you will know that my wife and I love you very much and hope you are at peace.

As a 76 year old grandfather that has been rescuing cats for decades, re-reading this memorial sickens me. I truly hope the little piss ant bastards that committed this crime have grown enough to kill each other which they will hopefully do. People who abuse animals also abuse people. If anyone reading this is offended by my comments contact me, I will supply you with my phone number, a location to meet, and the serial number of my little friend. May God Bless and comfort little Quattro for eternity as he deserves all of the Lords love to offset the horror endured here on earth.

Your post has be balling. I don't know what kind of sick twisted kids would do anything to harm a defenseless animal. RIP. ❤️
