I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Oscar. Please find comfort in knowing that Oscar is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13,Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19 and Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20. I am sure that Oscar and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

What an adorable little Oscar! He is so full of personality I can just sense it. I am so very sorry he had to leave you. But now he is feeling better and seeing friends and making new ones while he waits for you. One good thing is that he did pass naturally and you did not have to do that terrible thing that we all dread and hate. It was his time and he was with you and that is so very special and so beautiful you are very blessed and lucky. He will forever be around you. I too just lost an angel and I talk and sing my love to him every day. I need to connect and I need him to know how much I love him no matter where he is and how much I so painfully miss him in every corner of my life. Talk your love and do not let it die it will strengthen you in the grief you feel and will remind you that he is now happy but missing you too. Be well and surround yourself with pictures and memories.

Hi Alicia. Oscar looks like a sweetheart. I hear your grief and can relate. My own sweet girl was my best friend. I also thought I would have longer with her. Alicia, in the end I realize that regardless of how much time our fur babies are in our life, the end if always going to be very hard no matter when that end comes. I feel sure that Oscar knows you loved him and you miss him. I believe his spirit is still there with you. I lost my own sweet girl on June 15. She was like Oscar. We went through so much together and aged together. Please hold hear to your heart the memories you and Oscar created and shared together.

Dear Alicia, My heart is saddened with yours in the loss of Oscar. Having been a dog owner/lover all my life, I know the deep heartache we feel when we lose one so precious to us. I do hope, with time, the sadness will ease and you will have joyful memories of Oscar that will make you laugh or smile again when you think of him. Blessings, Dianna

I am so sorry for your loss of Oscar. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Oscar that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Oscar and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Oscar continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

For sweet Oscar, I know that during your lifetime you gave Alicia much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Alicia wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Oscar, I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Alicia, I just visited your Oscar's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Oscar would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Oscar. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom).
