"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that bloom in your heart this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this blessed season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during the Holidays. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved Oscar bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...God bless, and best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

Hello Carol & Bryan, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Oscar. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Oscar. Please find comfort in knowing that Oscar is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. Just recently on January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. Spooky never met Hannah but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah at the bridge. I am sure that Oscar, Spooky, and Hannah have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Carol and Bryan, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Oscar and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm

My Sidney was on the bridge to welcome Oscar to his new home. They are chasing sunbeams and telling "tails" of their great lives. I have asked them to send you a rainbow from heaven above, a upside down smile. When you miss Oscar the most, listen to your heart, his love is there.

Dear Carol, Bryan and Family, your sweet Oscar is beautiful and precious in his pictures. What a wonderful blessing that he came into your hearts and home many years ago and became your beloved companion and family member. Now Oscar plays with many new furfriends at the rainbow meadow, happy and well, romping like a puppy in heavenly sunshine. My two rainbow kitties, Inky and Bubba Lou, were there to welcome Oscar and I am sure our little angels have become good friends. We will be reunited with our babies at the rainbow bridge someday. Blessings of healing and peace, dear friends. And blessings to Dakota, too. Please know that I understand and care. Jane

Hello, handsome Oscar, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your family loves and misses you so...they made you a beautiful place at Rainbows Bridge. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase sunbeams, rainbows, and balls and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so your family feels your loving presence with them and Oscar kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at your family so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over your family always, beloved Oscar. Pressy's Grandpa

Carol & Bryan: I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful Oscar. Oscar was sent to you by our Lord the Almighty as a sign of his love for you. These furry packages of love deliver to us such special fellowship, and companionship. There is nothing stronger than the bond that a man or a woman has for their fur-baby. They give us the strength to face the daily human/earthly dealings. I just lost Ginger the love of my life; my leading lady of 17 years, this past fall. Grieving is a natural response of having to send them on their final journey to eternal happiness. Take care in knowing that your precious Oscar is relaxing at one of the many meadows that surround the Rainbows Bridge, is well and playing with the other fur-babies like my Ginger. Oscar sends love wishes your way; thankful for having you as their human soul-mate and waits for you to be there with them. Please visit my Ginger at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/GINGE256/Resident.htm

Dear Carol & Bryan, I'm sorry for the loss of your Oscar. What a handsome guy. I understand how hard it is to saygoodbye . My Finn went to the bridge in December. No matter how long you have them i t is never long enough. You'll be together again when its time just as it should be. Until then Oscar is waiting for you at the bridge happy and healthy. He's even more perfect than you remember. He's having a ball with his new friends all the while still, keeping an eye on you. I hope he's met my Finn by now. He's a scrappy little cat who loves to play. If you would care to visit my Finnbar http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/FINNB001/Resident.htm

What nice photos of Oscar you've put on his memory page. He was a cute guy! It's sad that our pets' lives are so short -- after wonderful years of loving and caring for them, we're left grieving. But you will always carry Oscar's love in your hearts and remain the better people you became by loving him. Perhaps in time, you will be able to think of Oscar more with smiles than tears. He'd like that.

Dear Oscar, you are so handsome! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your mommy who misses you so much, and she will send her love right back to you on angels' wings. Carol, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Oscar is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually hug your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Oscar will never be broken. Blessings and peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Katy at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/KATY004/resident.HTM

For sweet Oscar, I know that during your lifetime you gave Carol much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness at Rainbows Bridge. From looking at your photos and at the beautiful residency Carol created just for you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Oscar I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Carol, I just visited Oscar's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I am sure if asked, Oscar would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Last January I lost my little boy Pedro so I can understand how you must be feeling. Carol please visit my Pedro and write a few words in his guest book at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Pedro002/Resident.htm - thank you. Wishing you all the best always, Rosalind (Pedro's mom)
