They will not go quietly, the pets who've shared our lives. In subtle ways they let us know their spirit still survives. Old habits still can make us think we hear them at the door Or step back when we drop a tasty morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place the food dish use to be, And, sometimes, coming home at night, we miss them terribly. And although time may bring new friends and a new food dish to fill, That one place in our hearts belongs to them.... and always will. - Author unknown. Blessings............

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Theresa, I just visited your beautiful Oreo. I know the pain of losing a beloved pet without much warning. I lost my precious Bichon, Amor July 1, 2010, she like Oreo was gone far too soon, she was gone in 10 days, I didn't even know she was ill. Its easier for me now but I still miss Amor and think of her everyday. I pray soon you will smile just remembering all the love and joy Oreo gave you so freely. Take care, God bless. Dear Theresa, sweet Oreo is so beautiful and has the most precious face ever! What a blessing that your little soulmate was with you for many years. I know the sadness and heartbreak of losing a furbaby but we must remember that our babies go to a place where they are young and well again. Oreo now plays like a puppy in heaven's most beautiful meadow. My two kitties, Inky and Bubba Lou, were there to welcome Oreo to the meadow and I am sure they have become good friends. Our babies know that they will be reunited with their earthly mommies at the bridge someday. To us, it will seem like an eternity until we see them again, but to them, it's the blink of an eye and the wag of a tail. May wonderful memories bring healing to your heart and may the grace of our Lord Jesus bless you always with comfort and peace. I understand and care.

Oreo - You are so cute and you look like you are in charge of each and all areas of life! Send mom some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let her know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Theresa know that God has appointed you to be the guardian, protector to watch over her until she is called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Theresa - I send my deepest regrets to you over the loss of Oreo. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

Hello Theresa, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Oreo. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on there memory and begin to celebrate there life. Please take comfort in knowing that one day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander in July 2008 & have attached his link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm

Oreo is so beautiful and I know your heart is breaking. Cherish those wonderful memories and know that Oreo is watching over you and is healthy. One day you will be reunited and will cross Rainbow Bridge together. For now, celebrate the life you shared because just as Oreo filled your life, you filled your boobah's life too with love. Wishing you peace,
From: Clare and Martha

Oreo, you are so gorgeous! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your mommy who misses you so much, and she will send her love right back to you on angels' wings. Theresa, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Oreo, your dearest Boobah, is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually hug your heart until then. Blessings and peace, Clare and Martha....Please visit our Katy at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/KATY004/resident.HTM

Hello, precious Oreo, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy feels your loving presence with her and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly for her until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy always, beloved Boobah. Pressy's Grandpa
