Hellow there sweet Meiko, I was just visiting some of my babies here at the bridge and wanted to stop in for a visit with you. You see we have a hodge podge of babies here, 10 but at my feet lays my first experience of love with a boxer. Her name is Bella OHHHHH MYYYY!! I so get the love you showered your humans with and how very much they must miss it. There is nothing indeed like the love of a boxer. Don't forget sweet pup to send your humans Maria and Nicholas a very special bright shining night star every now and again so they know you are with them always just inside their hearts.

Hello, handsome Meiko, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Momma and Daddy love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Momma and Daddy feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at Momma and Daddy so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Momma and Daddy always, beloved sweet Meiko. Pressy's Grandpa

The saddest day of my life was when I learned that our beloved Mieko had jumped over rqinbow bridge. What a tremendous loss for us. He was brave and strong and would.. defend you until he lost his last breath. When you were sad his head was there to cry on. when you were excited Meiko acted like he'd won the lottery. Meiko is irreplacable one magnificent creature GOD shared with us. And soon we will see him bounding toward us and our lives will be made whole again.

Maria & Nicholas, I am sorry to hear of the passing of your handsome and lovable Meiko who relished every moment of his life with you and whom you are missing greatly. It sounds as if he is a gentle boy with a soft heart - as cute as a small dog! Such a big-hearted, full of the joy of living dog will have left an enormous void in your hearts and lives. Believe me, I know what this is like and feel for you. Coming to Rainbow Bridge is a huge step in your healing. There are other parents here who will empathise with your pain - inability to sleep - to function without your Meiko - so much a part of your lives. It will take you time to adjust to losing his physical presence. But rest assured your boy`s spirit is always near you - as he was in this life - even if you are not aware of him. Love-bonds that are formed here are forever - extending through time and eternity into Heaven - where he awaits you expectantly. In that Land there will be no more parting or sorrow: only tears of joy!

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Meiko. Please find comfort in knowing that Meiko is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Meiko and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Maria and Nicholas- What you've described in Meiko's tribute was an endearing soul whose zest for life was contagious. His loyalty, love, understanding and patience will always be remembered as an absolutely best friend and companion anyone could hope for. May your heartache be brief during this challenging time. Please accept my deepest sympathy and to know a bond between friends remains for an eternity. In loving memory, I've left a new fire hydrant at Rainbow Bridge for Meiko to call his very own.

Meiko I am sorry for your loss. Maria & Nicholas love you and miss you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Running and playing all day with the other furbabies. One day we will join them for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge.
