Hello Lucky, I was just visiting some of my babies here at the bridge and came across you love story that your dad wrote for you. I left you a very special Valentine. Don't forget to send your family light and love on this very special month of love. Benjamin, God bless you for rescuing this beautiful baby. I have worked in rescue for many years and it always brings a tear to my eyes and a smile to my heart to know that one more had the chance to have the love and the home they each deserve.

Dear Benjamin, I am so sorry that your Lucky has passed on. But I take encouragement in the thought that our furbabies are running & playing in such a beautiful place as they wait to be reunited with us some day. I know how much you miss him, just as we miss our Buddy Cat. I have asked Buddy to look around and find Lucky and I know that they will be good friends. I am sure Buddy will give him noise kisses to let your little angel know how happy he is to have Lucky for a friend. Our hearts go out to you with deepest sympathy for your loss. At least our furbabies are out of pain as we try to deal with our own emptiness now that they are gone. May the God watch over them, and help us who grieve their passing. May he also give us strength and courage during this most difficult time. I would love if you would visit our Buddy Cat. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BUDDY370/Resident.htm

Yes one day Lucky will guide you to another love. Lucky will never be repalced but you can love again. We lost Joshua after 17 1/2 years and I thought that I would never find another dog to love like I loved him but we now have Tedy who is wonderful. Tedy is not Joshua but we do share a special love. Blessings..............

Lucky - You were truly a sweet, loving baby and you have left your paw prints on daddy's heart! Send him some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let him know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Benjamin know that God has appointed you to be his guardian, protector to watch over him until he is called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Benjamin - I send my heartfelt sympathy to you over the loss of Lucky. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

I believe that there is a point in time where an animal stops becoming your pet and starts becoming a family member. Lucky crossed over to being a family member. I know this is the part of what makes your grieving so much more difficult. May all the wonderful memories you have shared with Lucky help you through this sad time; I am so sorry for you lost. Best, Linda

Dear Benjamin, I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved Lucky. I understand to well how painful it is when one of these wonderful beings has to part and leave us. Your story is heart breaking and I am at loss or words. You did what you could. We too had a recent loss, our girl, Lady, a 14 year old Akita had to be put to rest and I as well keep asking myself if I could have done more. I think that this happens to all of us. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, God speed, Warmest, Ana, Lady and Sparky's mom

Hello Benjamin, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Lucky. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, in time we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on there memory and begin to celebrate there life. I lost my Zander July 2008; please take comfort in knowing that we will one day be together again with our beautiful companions; I have attached Zander's link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm

Lucky, you are so handsome! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your Daddy who misses you so much, and he will send his love right back to you on angels' wings. Benjamin, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Lucky is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually hug your heart until then. Blessings & peace, Clare & Martha....Please visit our Katy at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/KATY004/resident.HTM

To precious Lucky, a new angel at the Rainbow... I can just see you now with your feather-soft guardian angel wings, watching over your family back here. Settle cozily into your new sunshine-filled home, sweet baby. And each time you look up and see that wondrously magical Rainbow, may you know that Benjamin and all those who loved you back here have actually helped make it shine a little brighter for you. How? With their tears, sweet baby. Each love-drop filled tear here has mixed with the sunshine there at your new home, and your Rainbow shines even brighter for you now..... An old Indian proverb: "The Soul would have no Rainbow if the Eyes had No Tears" says it best... You now find rest in the Arms of God's very own Angels...what more could your family have ever wished for you? What more could have ever been wished... Rest well, dearest little one... benjamin so sorry and my prayer out to you on the loss of such a wonderful furbaby as lucky

Hello, handsome little Lucky, welcome to the forever sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Daddy loves and misses you so...he made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind to Daddy so he feels your loving presence with him and special kisses yn gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until he comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask he not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in his heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Daddy so he feels the warmth of your love surround him and knows you miss him too. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Daddy always, beloved Lucky. Pressy's Grandpa

Benjamin, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Lucky and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm
