Phyllis/Jenna/John..Lucky is a beautiful girl.....a beautiful tribute for a great friend. It is never easy to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. For whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon while leaving their forever pawprints within us.She is now healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge, they are gone from our site but never forgotten. I can send you my babies site if you wish to visit..take care..

Hello, precious Lucki, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your family loves and misses you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so your family feels your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at your family so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over your family always, beloved sweet Lucki. Pressy's Grandpa

Just a note to let you know I share in your sadness in the loss of Lucki. Having been a dog lover and owner most of my life, I understand the feeling of losing that unconditional love and loyalty they give us daily and sometimes moment to moment. I hope that your sweet and treasured memories will help your hearts to heal. Blessings

Dear Phyllis, Jenna and John, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Lucki. Lucki was beautiful and obviously deeply loved. It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Lucki will continually provide you with comfort, Lucki will forever live in your hearts and memories. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

Phyllis, Jenna, John, As I read your `memories` of Lucki I feel your deep love for him and the intensity of your loss. Only those of us who have suffered grief at this level can truly begin to understand what you are going through. I know the `void` you describe - a spiritual/emotional `amputation` hidden - often unrecognised - as real as any physical procedure: without anaesthetic! This does heal eventually and you will adapt as you would to a missing limb. For now this may seem an impossibility and you wonder how your life can go on without your `best friend` who has been your `bright light`. Because we love oir pets on a far deeper level than we realise when they pass it is a worse pain than human bereavement - depending on the intimacy of the relationship. Such a love-gift to you is forever. His mortality is but a brief interruption of the life to come in Heaven where he waits for you, his parents: where there will be no more parting. Meanwhile his spirit is with you - loving you!
