I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Lights. Please find comfort in knowing that Lights is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Lights and Spooky have become good friends. Sonya, through tears I can only send to you a big hug. Your loss touches my heart, as I just buried my little paint mare 2 yrs ago. Someone told me to listen for messages of love on the breeze and I found it to be true. Listen to the wind as your sweet boy will send nickers and love to you! May he always have green grass, cool water and endless valleys to run and kick and buck and snort in. My little Lacy will take good care of him. He will always have a friend. Take Care!

Light was a beautiful horse. I can understand how much you loved her. I could not have done or been in the same area and gone through what you went through. Your love for your horse is so strong. My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Send her some whinnies and neighs from the Rainbow to let her know that you are safe, happy, healthy, and will have many friends.
