"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that bloom in your heart this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this blessed season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during the Holidays. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved Lexie bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...God bless, and best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

Hello, pretty Lexie, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Daddy loves and misses you so...he made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to help Bandit welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Daddy feels your loving presence with him and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until he comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask he not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in his heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Daddy so he feels the warmth of your love surround him and knows you miss him too and are with him. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Daddy always, beloved "little" girl. Pressy's Grandpa

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Lexie. Please find comfort in knowing that Lexie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. Just recently on January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. Spooky never met Hannah but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah at the bridge. I am sure that Lexie, Spooky, and Hannah have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Alan, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Lexie and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm

I am so sorry that Lexie had to leave to cross the bridge. They are not lost, just waiting for us. My best friends and companions went to the bridge, Willy two years ago and Daniel one year ago. My tears are flowing freely when I think of them. I know though, that they are all surely playing in the meadows, running and jumping now. Willy and Daniel loved the sunshine, and I hope that Lexie does too. I believe that God would not have made a Heaven without our beloved companions there to meet us. I left an angel to look over Lexie, as they are our special angels watching over us. I hope that your pain begins to turn to peace that fills your heart with nothing but wonderful memories. They make the days become a little less heartbreaking knowing that their hearts are always in ours. God Bless You until we all meet again. I would love for you to visit Willy at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/WILLY010/Resident.HTM. Daniel’s link is their also.

Dear Alan I'm sorry for the loss of your Lexie. What a pretty girl. You were together for a long time but its never long enough. I lost my Finnbar in December.I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. You'll be together again when its time just as it should be. Until then Lexie is waiting for you at the bridge along with Bandit, happy and healthy. She's young again and even more perfect than you remember. No aches and pains and so much space to run. Lexie and Bandit are having a ball with their new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you. I hope they've found Finn by now. He's a little cat but he's scrappy and he can catch. If you would care to visit my Finnbar http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/FINNB001/Resident.htm

I stood by your bed last night, I came to have a peep. I could see that you were crying, You found it hard to sleep. I whined to you softly as you brushed away a tear, "It's me, I haven't left you, I'm well, I'm fine, I'm here." I was close to you at breakfast, I watched you pour the tea, You were thinking of the many times, your hands reached down to me. I was with you at the shops today, Your arms were getting sore. I longed to take your parcels, I wish I could do more. I was with you at my grave today, You tend it with such care. I want to re-assure you, that I'm not lying there. I walked with you towards the house, as you fumbled for your key. I gently put my paw on you, I smiled and said " it's me." You looked so very tired, and sank into a chair. I tried so hard to let you know, that I was standing there. It's possible for me, to be so near you everyday. To say to you with certainty, "I never went away." You sat there very quietly, then smiled, I think you knew...

My Sidney was on the bridge to welcome Lexie to her new home. They are chasing sunbeams and telling "tails" of their great lives. I have asked them to send you a rainbow from heaven above, a upside down smile. When you miss Lexie the most listen to your heart, her love is there.

Dear Lexie, you are so beautiful! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your daddy and Dirk who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Alan, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Lexie, along with Bandit, is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May their sweet love continually hug your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Lexie and Bandit will never be broken. Blessings and peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Katy at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/KATY004/resident.HTM

For sweet Lexie, I know that during your lifetime you gave Alan much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness at Rainbows Bridge. From looking at your photos and reading what Alan wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Lexie I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Alan, I just visited Lexie's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I am sure if asked, Lexie would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Last January I lost my little boy Pedro so I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Lexie. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)
