Carole and David, I'm so sorry for your loss of your precious Layla. Your tribute is beautiful! As you cherish and remember every memory and moment, please be comforted and know that your Layla is at the Rainbow Bridge meeting many new friends including my Bailey. The Bridge kids will be with your precious fur-angel in the beautiful Paradise Meadow. My thoughts and prayers are with you, and I'm leaving a pink rose bouquet for comfort. You can visit my Bailey who crossed over to the Bridge on July 29, 2016, http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE440/Resident.htm. God Bless...

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's like losing a family member. Allow yourself to grieve and don't let anyone tell you "it's just a dog". My lab recently died and she was full of arthritis. One thing that helps me is that she is pain free now. If you believe in Heaven, that's where she is.

Carol/David...a beautiful tribute to a great friend. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know Layla is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care..

Dear Carole and David, I am sorry for the loss of your precious Layla. She is such a beautiful girl. What a wonderful story of how you brought her home and raised her with your kids. The bond between animal and human is so special and unique. It's something that not everyone understands. She was a lucky girl to have you all take such good care of her for all of those years. I hope you find comfort and healing in your memories and know that your love will live on forever. Sincerely, Patti

Dear Carole and David, A note to let you know I share in your sadness in the loss of Layla. I love reading your memorial page to her and especially how she protected you. I am a dog lover/owner and have been all my life, so I know the sadness when one so special goes to The Rainbow Bridge. I do hope, with time, the sadness will turn into cherished memories of your Layla and you know we will be reunited again with all our loved ones again. Blessings...

Dear Carole and David - I am so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful Layla. What a beautiful memorial you created for her. It is so easy to see that she was (and is) loved by her people so very much. As a fur mama I know how very hard this loss can be. We love them so very much and when we have to say goodbye it just takes everything out of us. I pray that the love you shared will help to ease your heartache at this difficult time. Blessings to you and your family, and again I am so very sorry for your loss.

Carole and David, I am sorry to know about Layla. What a beautiful story and picture album you put up in her honor. What a very lucky girl to be adopted by such a loving and giving family. I understand the many changes, adjustments and struggles you now face. Sending you thoughts of strength in the days that follow. Your three babies that have now crossed to the bridge will always be loved, so very much missed and never forgotten.

What a difficult year! I also wish our animals could last much longer but since that can’t be, we just try to love them unconditionally every day. Your tribute was beautiful and heartwarming. My hugs go out to you and the family.
