Hi Cameron and Sarah. Losing a beloved family member, companion, fur baby like Kirby is heart breaking and devastating. While we pet parents are not perfect I believe our fur babies understand this and still give us 100% of themselves each and every day. They are full of unconditional love, acceptance and joy. I can relate to the grief you feel. Losing my sweet girl on June 15 was the hardest thing I ever have had to endure. It's still incredibly difficult. I also hear you when you saying many would not understand because Kirby was "just a dog". The bond we have with our fur babies is immeasurably strong. Its a forever bond that knows no time, no space, no limits at all. I hope you are able to find comfort as you recall memories of Kirby during the grief process.

Such an adorable and intelligent looking little guy! Kirby looks so special and I am so very sorry he had to go. Now he is healthy and will soon be happy! Our babies suffer just as we do when they have to leave. So it is important to sing and talk our love. I too just lost my angel and I sing his fav song to him every day. He got real sick and now is better and that is my only peace. So talk to Kirby and tell him how you miss him and how there will always be a place in your home for him, that you will see him at the Bridge. Our fur children give us so much and ask for nothing in return. Our mourning honors them and that incredible love & loyalty they give us. The tears are so worth it & the pain of that loss is so deep it can not be eased except with time. I will pray Kirby come to see you. Sing & talk your love & keep those special memories warm in your heart. He will always be with you. Be well God bless you all three. Kirby was in no way just a dog...he IS your baby!

To my furry friend whom I love so much, a lifetime with you is never enough. You’ve always been my best friend, and even though you’re gone that never will end. You were always there right by my side, for whatever I did and whatever I tried. There could never be another quite like you, I knew you were for me when I first saw you. I know you’ll look down and watch over me, and when my times comes I’ll make sure you’re the first I’ll see. I can never forget you whatever I do, this is because I will always love you.

I am so sorry for your loss of Kirby. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Kirby that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Kirby and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Kirby continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

Dear Kirby Shearer, you are truly handsome. Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your mom and dad who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Cameron and Sarah, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Kirby is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Callie, Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet presence continually nuzzle your hearts until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Kirby will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Callie at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CALLI052/resident.HTM

For sweet Kirby, I know that during your lifetime you gave Cameron and Sarah much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what your family wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Kirby, I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Cameron and Sarah, I just visited your Kirby's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Kirby would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Kirby. Wishing you both all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom).

Hello, handsome Kirby Shearer, welcome to Paradise meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mom and Dad love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mom and Dad feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come for you one day to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at Mom and Dad so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mom and Dad always, beloved sweet Kirby. Pressy's Grandpa
