I’m so very sorry for your loss. We too only just lost our bunny (Bugsy) on Boxing Day, and we had him for 8 years and such characters they are. I trust they’re both hopping on some meadow at rainbow bridge and until we met them again sending you strength and love. Marie

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Jinx. Please find comfort in knowing that Jinx is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. On March 20, 2017 my sweet little calico Gabbi crossed over Rainbow's Bridge. I adopted her about a month after Spooky passed away and Gabbi also lived to be almost 16 years old. On 1/3/18 my little cat Zoe passed away. My heart floods with memories of Jinx. His love for you was one the greatest loves I've had the pleasure of witnessing. While he was taken too soon, he will remain a part of our family and our hearts for eternity. No matter what he was doing, he would always hop around to find me at 6:45 AM, his pleasant reminder that it was time to him to wake you up for school. He loved putting his little paws on the fridge when I opened it, waiting for me to find a fresh green or carrot for him to snack on. I loved watching him hop onto the couch to snuggle up next to you while watching TV at night, or watching how effortlessly he could jump into your bed. I remember how mad he was after you went on a vacation without him, thumping you awake your first night home - a friendly reminder from Jinx that the two of you should never be apart. I know Jinx is looking down on you each and every day, finding ways to remain present in your life and looking over you with love, forever.

Jinx was so special to you and you to him. When I visited you last Thanksgiving and this past November I was so impressed of how you cared for him and loved him. Also of how he loved you too. When you picked him up he was so comfortable with you and knew you were the person that loved and took care of him. That great connection will never be forgotten for your whole life. Whenever you see a rainbow in the sky you will think of him and he will be looking down on you too with that cute face. Jinx was very lucky to have you.
