Jake, its been 6 months since you passed. It's gotten easier to accept, but I still miss you so much! You are irreplaceable, but that you for sending us Max to love and hold. He is a lot like you in many ways. Especially how he likes to jump on our head board in the AM to wake us up! And how he loves playing with milk tops. Sage is doing well but he misses you too. Love you soft kitty!~

Jake - You were a true companion and soulmate! Send the family some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy and healthy and will have many friends. Let Jennifer know that God has appointed you to be their guardian, protector to watch over them until they are called to join you at the Bridge. To Jennifer - I send my heartfelt sympathy to you over the loss of Jake. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

To precious Jake, a new angel at the Rainbow... I’m sure that with your new feather-soft guardian angel wings, you now so lovingly watch over your family back here. And I just know, too, that you’ve found the coziest & softest places to take your sunshine filled Rainbow-colored cat-naps, haven't you... May butterflies grace your dreams as you sleep... And may each time you look up and see that wondrously magical Rainbow, dearest Jake, may you know that all those who loved you back here have helped make it shine a little brighter for you. How? With their tears, sweet baby. You see, each love-drop filled tear here has mixed with the sunshine there at your new home, and your Rainbow shines even brighter for you now..... An old Indian proverb: "The Soul would have no Rainbow if the Eyes had No Tears" says it best... You now find rest in the Arms of God's very own Angels...what more could Jennifer have ever wished for you? What more could have ever been wished...Rest well, little one.

Hello Jennifer, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Jake. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on there memory and begin to celebrate there life. Please take comfort in knowing that one day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander in July 2008 & have attached his link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm

Dear Jennifer, he's so beautiful and your words show how very much Jake was loved. What a blessing that he came into your life so many years ago and brought happiness and joy to your heart and home. I, too, know the sorrow of saying goodbye to a precious little kitty but we must always know that our babies have gone to a happy place where they are young and well again. Sweet Jake now plays like a kitten in heaven's most beautiful meadow. My two kitties, Inky and Bubba Lou, the lights of my life, were there to welcome Jake and I just know that they will become the best of friends with Jake. Our babies know that they will be reunited with their earthly mommies someday. When we cross the rainbow bridge and they come running to greet us, we will be with them forever more. May sweet memories bring healing and may God bless you with comfort and peace. Blessings to Abby and Sage, too. Jane

Jennifer, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that precious Jake and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Hello, handsome Jake, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase sunbeams and rainbows and share kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind to Mommy...signs to Sage too!...so she hears your sweet meows and purrs and feels a soft touch of your kitty paw in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're curled up beside your pawprints in her heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy always, beloved Soft Kitty. Pressy's Grandpa

My Sidney was on the bridge to welcome Jake to his new home. They are telling "tails" of how much they were loved. I have asked them to send you a rainbow from heaven above, it is a upside down smile. When you miss Jake the most, listen to your heart, his love and paw print are there.
