"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that bloom in your heart this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this blessed season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during the Holidays. May you catch a glimpse of Heidi's special sign to you, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved Heidi bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...God bless, and best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Heidi. Please find comfort in knowing that Heidi is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Heidi and Spooky have become good friends. Just recently on January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. Spooky never met Hannah but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah at the bridge. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Vickie and Randy, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Heidi and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm

They will not go quietly, the pets who've shared our lives. In subtle ways they let us know their spirit still survives. Old habits still can make us think we hear them at the door Or step back when we drop a tasty morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place the food dish use to be, And, sometimes, coming home at night, we miss them terribly. And although time may bring new friends and a new food dish to fill, That one place in our hearts belongs to them.... and always will. - Author unknown. I am so sorry for your loss but I do hope that this poem offers you some comfort. Blessings………………….. Joyce

Vickie and Randy, We lost our beloved babies one day apart. Heidi is so adorable! She knows how much you love her, and she will continue to love, guide and watch over you, and fill your hearts. You may be alone physically, but Heidi is walking at your side. I have no doubt that Jewel and Heidi will meet up and play on the hill, or in the meadow, at Rainbow Bridge.

Hello Vickie & Randy, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Heidi. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

My heart goes out to you at Heidi's crossing over the bridge. Both of my furbabies have crossed over in just a little over two years. The tears still flow freely when I think of them. It becomes somewhat easier, but our love for them is so great and binding that they take a piece of our hearts with them. I know that my God would not have made a Heaven that would not have a place for my Willy and Daniel. I live for the day that they will purr in my arms again. I know that they were there to greet Heidi. I hope that she enjoys the sunlight as much as my boys did. For I believe that there is great joy and freedom there. I know that they are our guardian angels and watch over us, jumping and running in the beautiful meadows. May your heart begin to heal and know peace, and may you begin to find bittersweet joy in the wonderful memories of your beloved furbaby. I have left an angel for Heidi. I will pray for your continued healing until we all meet again. God Bless You.

I'm sorry for the loss of your Heidi. No matter how long you have them its never long enough. I know how hard it is to say goodbye but at least its just for now. Heidi is having a ball at the bridge. She's young again and happy and healthy. When its time you'll be together again ..and it will be great. I hope Heidi has met my Finn by now. He's been at the bridge for around 2 months. I know he'd be happy to show Heidi around. If you would care to visit my Finnbar, http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/FINNB001/Resident.htm

What a nice tribute to Heidi you wrote on her memory page. She was a very cute dog. It's so sad when we lose our pets -- if only their lives were longer! But, you will always carry Heidi's love in your hearts and remain the better people she made you. And perhaps some day, you will be able to think of Heidi more with smiles than tears. She'd like that.

Hello, pretty Heidi, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy and Daddy love and miss you...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to help Macy welcome you and be a playmate to chase sunbeams and rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy and Daddy feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy and Daddy so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy and Daddy always, beloved Heidi. Pressy's Grandpa

For sweet Heidi, I know that during your lifetime you gave Vickie & Randy much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness at Rainbows Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what your family wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Heidi I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Vickie & Randy, I just visited Heidi's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I am sure if asked, Heidi would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Last January I lost my little boy Pedro so I can understand how you must be feeling. Vickie & Randy please visit my Pedro and write a few words in his guest book at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Pedro002/Resident.htm - thank you. Wishing you all the best always, Rosalind (Pedro's mom)

VICKIE AND RANDY SORRY ABOUT THE PASSING OF YOUR HEIDI
From: Clare and Martha

Dear Heidi, you are so beautiful! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your mommy and daddy and Tater who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Vickie and Randy, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Heidi, along with Macy and Hershey, is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May their sweet love continually hug your hearts until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with your precious ones will never be broken. Blessings and peace, Clare and Martha....Please visit our Katy at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/KATY004/resident.HTM
