I read your tribute with tears in my eyes. We just lost our 4 year old mini dachshund a week after surgery for a ruptured disc. We do not yet know what happened, he just did not recover. He was the happiest dog we have ever known until his injury and surgery. We do have 2 other dogs to love but Baxter was one of a kind.

And now your legs are strong and you run through the meadow at the Bridge chasing butterflies and playing Doxie games with all your friends - you deserve that, little fur angel. Another little cutie. After seeing her in your website and viewing all of her pictures, it was so clear to see what a magnificant personality she had.
