Well hello there sweet ones. Your mama is right, when she says the "love of labs" are like no other. You two remind me so much of my Kaizer and Buddy that are here now. I miss my boys, and all the others as I know your Gwen misses you. I see that you have recently celebrated your 5th year in heaven, I hope you have met my pack of 10 now up there and are enjoying the sites of Heaven together. No doubt digging a hole or knocking the angels off their chairs with your lab tails LOL....Today as we remember all those who have gone on before us, I remember each of you as well. May you enjoy good health and many dances with the angels until the day comes when we are all together once again.

Giinny, What a wonderful relationship you have with Gwen - as you do with Jake, Zeke and currently with Zeus. I`m so pleased that you were there with her when Gwen crossed the Bridge and was instantly healed of all her pain and distress. We are privileged to know these beloved fur children for a few short years until, for one reason or another, they leave us behind to weep for them - our hearts irreparably broken. Yet we have the hope of Eternaal Life with them in Heaven where there is no more pain, tears or parting. Like children they `always behold the face of their Father in Heaven` and reflect facets of His great Love for His Creation. Knowing these precious fur children transforms our lives, opening up in us a new capacity for loving and being loved. Thank you, Ginny, for helping so many lovely fur children who all await you in Heaven. Tessa & her birds

Hello Ginny, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Gwen. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

Ginny, I am so sorry about Gwen. You were such a good Mom to her. She sounded so sweet and such a good companion. Take comfort that she is happy and healthy at Rainbow's Bridge and will be waiting for you when it's your time. Take care Ginny. You are in my thoughts.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Gwen. Please find comfort in knowing that Gwen is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Gwen and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

So sorry to hear about your precious furbaby. It sounds like she was a wonderful dog. I recently lost my German Shepherd Apollo. It is still so hard. I also had to make the decision to put him down. I was devastated. I know he is no longer in pain just as your baby is free from pain. Letting her go was your last and most selfless gift to her.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I lost Cooper, my Yellow Lab, last Sept. Please know that you're not going through this alone. Our furbabies are waiting for us in a better place. The Good Lord would not give us these treasure for such a short time only to take them away forever. Take care, Kim

Dear Ginny I'm sorry for the loss of your Gwen. What a beautiful tribute for a beautiful girl. I lost my Finnbar December 2012.I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be. Until then Gwen is waiting for you at the bridge along with Jake, happy and healthy. There are new places to explore so much space to run like the wind all the good treats and when she needs a break, meadows to lie in the sun. She's having a ball with her new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you.I hope she's met Finn by now. He's a friendly little cat but he's scrappy and he can catch. If you would care to visit my Finnbar http://Rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Finnb001/Resident.htm

Ginny I am sorry for your loss of Gwen. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. They have no more aches or pains. No more rain only sunshine. They run and play all day with the other furbabies. One day we will be with them again for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge. Toni
