I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Griffey. Please find comfort in knowing that Griffey is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. Spooky never met Hannah or Sammi but I am sure that Spooky greeted Hannah and Sammi at the bridge. I am sure that Griffey, Spooky, Hannah, and Sammi have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

I am so sorry for your loss. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I pray that Griffey and my precious Bailey have found each other and that they become friends. May the precious love you shared with Griffey continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

Karen/Bob...Griffey is a beautiful boy.It is never easy to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. For whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon while leaving their forever pawprints within us. Griffey is now healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge.I can send you my babies site if you wish to visit..take care..

I am very sorry for your loss. No words can adequately express the Bond that is created and the oneness we feel in our hearts as we travel with our four legged companions on this journey. The lessons of life that they teach us are above any price and the love they share cannot be fathomed by those that have never opened their hearts to a true friend we have been given. God Speed Griffey! Ron

Hello Karen & Bob, I offer my sincere sympathy for your beautiful Griffey. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

So sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my Yellow Lab, Cooper, in Sept. Please know that our furbabies are not gone, but waiting for us in a better place. The Good Lord would not give them to us for such a short time only to take them away forever. Take care, Kim

Dear Karen and Bob I'm sorry for the loss of your Griffey. What a good looking guy. I lost my Finnbar last December. I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be. Until then Griffey is waiting for you at the bridge happy and healthy. There are new places to explore so much space to run like the wind all the good treats and when he needs a break, meadows to lie in the sun. He's having a ball with his new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you. I hope he's met Finn by now. He's a friendly little cat but he's scrappy and he can catch. If you would care to visit my Finnbar

Hello, precious Griffey Baker, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy and Daddy love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase sunbeams and rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy and Daddy feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy and Daddy so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy and Daddy always, beloved Griffey. Pressy's Grandpa

My Sidney was on the bridge to welcome Griffey to his new home. They are chasing sunbeams and telling "tails" of their great lives. I have asked them to send you a rainbow, a upside down smile. When you miss Griffey the most, listen to your heart, his love is there.

Dear Griffey, you are so gorgeous! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your mommy and daddy who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Karen and Bob, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Griffey is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually hug your hearts until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Griffey will never be broken. Blessings and peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Tashi at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/TASHI002/resident.HTM

For sweet Griffey, I know that during your lifetime you gave Karen and Bob much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness at Rainbows Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what your family wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Griffey I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Karen and Bob, I just visited Griffey's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I am sure if asked, Griffey would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little boy Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Griffey. Wishing you both all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)
