What a beautiful dog. My twin sisters long haired chihuahua Selma died Feb. 16, 2009 and she honored her with a page. I know Gizmo and Selma are enjoying it on the bridge.

I am so sorry to hear about your recent loss of Gizmo. Please find comfort in knowing that Gizmo is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Gizmo and Spooky have become good friends. Gizmo, What a beautiful baby you were, always so loyal and loving. You taught and gave your mommy so much that she now knows the true meaning of unconditional love. Colleen, I'm so very sorry that you lost Paul and Gizmo. I wish I knew of any words that would help alleviate even some of the pain you're feeling. I know that your husband waits for you in Heaven, and now he has your dear Gizmo sitting on his lap. One day, you will all be reunited. Until then, keep in mind all the good memories of them and know that love never dies. A James Barry quote comes to mind: "God gave us memories so that we might have roses in December".

I loved your pictures. I am so sorry for the passing of Gizmo, yet I am so glad you were there when he passed. Our babies should never pass alone. I know he was happy your face was the last thing he saw. Mommy, the one who loved and cared for him. The person who was always there for him. Giving you his gift of unconditional love was easy. Your memories and pictures will keep his spirit alive. Gift frosty a smooth for me. He is cute too. I wish I could give him a hug and tell him Gizmo is watching from above, telling him its ok.
