Dear Norma….this is Girlie from Rainbow Bridges. Mom told me you are not familiar with our home here, our “ resting place” of joy, peace and good health until our loved ones join us for our final walk together over the Bridge to heaven, to rest together in eternal peace. Maybe your “fur babies” can join us. We will be happy to greet them with big smiles, woof, woof, And show them the ropes in their new home here. Every season is fun, with every day sunshine. Also the “rent” is reasonable…$25 yearly, with most going to animal rescue. We are so thrilled you and Mom are still great friends even though some distance away. We met you so know your talents in storytelling. Your friendship means a lot to her.❤️ Please visit Richmond & MR. Kitty’s homes here to hear all about their interesting adventures👏 Lots of love for you and your family this Christmas 🎄. Girlie, Richmond and MR. Kitty🙏🙏🙏

Dear Girlie, Thanks bunches for telling your story to help Brew Beagle Rescue with their 2023 Beagle Calendar Photo Contest. I know you can be shy, however your words of “ Praise” for their mission will help save the lives of other Beagles. But for them, your Dad and I would not have known of your “ sweet and loving soul.” I know your Dad (Baker) stopped in his jet plane to visit you, Richmond, & MR. Kitty , on his way to heaven last year ((2021). He knew that one day we will all be joined together in Love and Peace for Eternity, so decided to make the return trip to escort us as one big Loving family. In the meantime, good luck on the Calendar Contest and give Richmond and MR. Kitty lots of your “ Sweet Girlie Kisses “ from me ❤️ Love forever……Your Mom

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that bloom in your heart this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this blessed season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during the Holidays. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved pooch, Girlie, bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...God bless, and best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

Hi Mom & Dad...Just wanted to check in and tell you how happy Richmond, Kitty and I are about your new "friends." What fun! Even though they can't wag their tails or say woof..woof.. they sure do look like us. I know you are still so sad since my sudden departure, however know in your hearts that everything happens for reasons not apparent to us and the Good Lord knows best! I had the best ever life on earth a parent could provide & so much love..love.... love.....always. So special also for Dr. Koury to send a donation to the Veterinary College in my honr....what a sweet gal! Tell her hi for me. Gotta run. It's past 4 and you know what that means.. yummmm. yummmmm. Glad you made good use of my Furry,Beagle Blanket . So Cool! Love,, Girlie,Richmond & Mr. Kitty

Jane & Baker: I am overwhelmed by seeing pictures of you Girlie and Richmond. They are beautiful animals and Gods gift to us showing all the time how much he loves us. The similarities of your dogs and my Ginger are remarkable. I think of the times we had together every night when I go to bed. This is when Ginger comes back to me and gives me comfort and her blessing from the Bridge. I even dreamed last night that she was the golden butterfly and would kiss me on the lips and cheeks as she did all of her life. Your love for Girlie and Richmond and my love for Ginger and Bentley is not meant to be separated and God will certainly reunite us when we take our last breath on this earth. This I pray for every night I go to sleep. Ginger and Bentley's Daddy- John

To precious Girlie, a new angel at the Rainbow... I’m sure that with your new feather-soft guardian angel wings, you now lovingly watch over your family back here. And I just know, too, that you’ve found the coziest & softest places to take your sunshine filled Rainbow-colored doggie naps, haven't you... May butterflies grace your dreams as you sleep… And may each time you look up and see that wondrously magical Rainbow, may you know that Jane & Baker and all those who loved you back here have helped make it shine a little brighter for you. How? With their tears, sweet baby. You see, each love-drop filled tear here has mixed with the sunshine there at your new home, and your Rainbow shines even brighter for you now..... An old Indian proverb: "The Soul would have no Rainbow if the Eyes had No Tears" says it best... You now find rest in the Arms of God's very own Angels...what more could have ever been wished for you? What more could have ever been wished...Rest well, little one.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Girlie. Please find comfort in knowing that Girlie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Girlie and Spooky have become good friends. Just recently on January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. Spooky never met Hannah but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah at the bridge. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

A message to Girlie from her Dad -- Girlie, today is your Mom’s and my wedding anniversary and although you can’t be with us in body you are in spirit, in our hearts and in our thoughts as you are every day. Mom and Dad exchanged gifts and expressions of love and Dad gave Mom an eternal white rose. We placed the rose at the “Girlie memorial” by our fireplace where you loved to relax. Knowing that you are having fun with Richmond, Mr. Kitty and a lot of new found friends by the Bridge helps us to deal with our sadness until we meet again. Dad.
