There is nothing quite like the loss of our "fur-person." It is so heartbreaking. Both of my babies passed away this year. Valentine was 20 years and 4 months old and Misty was 17 years old. Our babies will live on in our hearts. They are never far away, just quietly waiting to see us...someday. Valentine, Misty and Freddie are playing in the meadow together.

Hello precious Freddie. I hope you are having so much fun up at the Rainbow Bridge! No more pain, no sickness, not a care in the world! Except that your family here on Earth misses you so much sweet baby. Don't forget to remind them every now and then that you love and miss them too and are always with them in spirit. I hope you were there to greet my little Cleo when she got there in April- can you give her a nuzzle for me? Her mama misses her so. Time may heal our pain but our hearts NEVER forget our babies. One day our tears of sorrow will turn to tears of joy when we are reunited with our beloved pets forever. Rest softly sweet Angel. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CLEO028/Resident.htm

Good Morning, little man Freddie. We stopped by the beautiful place that your Mommy made for you to see how you are. We hope that you and Pressy are having fun playing tag and chasing those butterflies. Pressy told us about you putting a special ornament for your Mommy on the furbabies' Christmas tree in the meadow. She told us that on Christmas Day you are going to put on your biggest smile and look down on your Mommy so she'll feel its warmth and know you are with her to share Christmas. Char told us that you had seen all the beautiful kitty ornaments your Mommy had put on her Christmas tree to share with you...she said that you were so excited and happy to see all of them! Merry Christmas, beloved Freddie. Pressy's Grandma, Grandpa, and Daddy

Hello, little man Freddie. We stopped by to check on you, little man, and to share a secret about the meadow at Rainbow Bridge that not many know. The wonderful horses at the meadow, Bear, Char, Doc, and Hummer have an important job and that is to be the guardians of all the little furbabies in the meadow. Our Char has been given a very special job and that is to be your special guardian to watch over you and to make sure that you are not frightened or lonely so your Mommy won't worry about her little man. Pressy helps him to keep you company and play with you but Char is your very own special guardian until you join your Mommy to cross over the Bridge together one day. If you become frightened or lonely, just tell Char and she will comfort you and give you a gentle ride on her back. You need never be frightened or lonely again! Rest well, beloved little Freddie. Pressy's Grandma, Grandpa, and Daddy

Hello, Freddie, what a handsome kitty you are! We're sorry that we haven't visited you sooner but there are so many furbabies at RB to visit and greet! We know that your Mommy loves and misses you so very much. We have asked our Pressy to find you and be your special playmate to share kitty headbump kisses and chase sunbeams and butterflies. You look just like her kitty brother Willie so you will make her feel at home! We will tell your Mommy that she is in our thoughts. We will ask her to not be so sad but to treasure the wonderful memories of you and remember that you are curled up forever deep in her heart. Run fast to play tag with Pressy but remember to stop from time to time to smile down on your Mommy to let her know you are well and love her. She knows that you are waiting for her in the meadow and one day you will run happily to meet her to cross the Bridge to be together for all time. Rest well, beloved Freddie. I am sorry for your loss of your dear fur baby. We lost two of ours in the last month. It's so hard. I hope it will get easier over time. All of our fur babies are together having a great time until we see them again. May the memory of your fur baby bring a smile to your face and a warmth to your hearts. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Amy

Good morning Freddie, and what a handsome boy you are. Welcome to the bridge. You now have a very special job to do everyday, and that is to let your family know just how much you love them. Smile down from the rainbow, and they will know it is you. But for now, run fast, play hard and love always. Cheryl aka Cyrano's mom
