Hello Mandy, As time passes and you begin to reflect on memories of your beautiful Emmy. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

Mandy, my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Emma Rose. I know how hard it is to lose a loving and faithful friend. I pray your pain is eased each passing day and all you have are beautiful fond memories of Emmy. Be comforted that she is healed and happily playing with her sisters, just like old times, while she waits patiently to be reunited with her momma for eternity. In her memory, I leave a fetching stick. With sympathy, Rose

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Emmy. Please find comfort in knowing that Emmy is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Emmy and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

You gave them such a wonderful life It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem that was read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Emmy, Abby and Quinn will continually provide you with comfort, they will always live in your heart and memories forever. Mandy, The passing of such a dear friend who has been with you for 13 years is indeed a very painful time. How you must miss her! I know the agony of bereavement of a beloved pet that few can understand unless they`ve been through it. I feel for you and for Romy and Benelli who mourn for your Emmy with you. I am glad you are all there to comfort each other and give mutual support. Your medical training will make you understand that tears help the healing process which takes time - as much as you need! I hope you have a kind human friend you can talk to. This eases the burden of pain you must be feeling even though the other dogs are with you. My 3 pigeons who have passed taught me to talk to them still - to keep up communication with them from the happy place they are now in. Our loved ones do indeed stay close to us in ways we do not understand. I know I have a host of animals & birds around me. Emmy is still with you in a different way - young, strong and pain-free: caring for you.

I'm sorry for the loss of your Emmy. What a beautiful girl. I lost my Finnbar December 2012.I lost my Rocky in March.I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be.Until then Emmy is waiting for you at Rainbowsbridge. It looks like she's in good company. There are new places to explore so much space to run like the wind all the good treats and when she needs a break, meadows to lie in the sun. She's having a ball with her new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you.I hope she's met my boys by now.Finn is a friendly little cat but he's scrappy and Rocky is the sweetest gentle giant. If you would care to visit my guys http://Rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Finnb001/Resident.htm http://Rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Rocky303/Resident.htm

Mandy- There is nothing like a sloppy and loving kiss or two from a yellow lab who has a zest for life and unending loyalty for its Mom. Clearly, this describes sweet Emmy. I am so deeply sorry for your loss of your best friend and may memories be a source of comfort during this painful silence. I have left a trio of balloons symbolizing her sisters, Quinn and Abby, at Rainbow Bridge.

Emmy I am sorry for your loss. Mandy loves you and misses you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Running and playing all day with the other furbabies. One day we will join them for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge.

Hello, pretty Emmy, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Momma loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to help Abby and Quinn welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Momma feels your loving presence with her and sweet kisses when gentle breezes blow. You're yet another guardian star shining brightly for her until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Momma so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Momma always, beloved sweet Emma Rose. Pressy's Grandpa
