Ellie, it's been 4 years since you left us. I can still feel your sweet nudges and the weight of you and Bailey as you both lean into me at the same time. I hope you, Bailey, and Boots are running in the field together, playing in the water, and lapping up the sun. You are all so, so missed.

I had to come visit Ellie - I know she is playing with Brite and Bailey now. What a beautiful girl she is ! And so happy ! I know how much you miss her. Miss them all. I loved the last picture of her being the "nurse" . You gave her a wonderful loving life. And she gave you all the love in her heart. You will meet up with them - they will be waiting on you at the bridge

Dear Ellie, Bailey has come to join you and Brite, and we know that you are the 3 Musketeers watching over your mommy and daddy with all the love in your hearts. Michelle, please know that your precious ones will be at the Bridge one day in God's time to take you home with them forever. May their sweet presence fill your hearts and home until that day dawns. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Our Golden, Pine Cone passed away in much the same way--a tumor had breached his heart. My son (who had just returned from Iraq--Pine Cone was his dog) took the responsibility of taking him into the room and holding him tightly as the sedative was administered. We still feel the loss of our beloved Pine Cone (who is also here at Rainbow Bridge); but we hope that God, in His mercy will allow us to be united with our faithful friend one day. Our prayers are with you; God bless!

Ellie - What a wonderful light you have been to the family and how much love you have left for them. You are a precious lady and so beautiful! Send your family some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Michelle and Michael know that You met up with Brite and that God has appointed all of you to be their guardian, protectors to watch over them until they are called to join you at the Bridge. To Michelle and Michael - I send my sincere sympathy to you over the loss of Ellie. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

Michelle..what a great tribute to a beautiful girl. She was very fortunate to have you as her forever Mom..and she knew it. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are way taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know Ellie and Brite (I visited her also) are happy, healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph,Eva and friends while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care..

I know that words can't convey my sympathy for Michael and your loss. Ellie was much more than a canine companion and was always a pleasure for us to see when you brought her and Bails to work. She had a gentle presence and epitomized a loving spirit. Take comfort in knowing that she will live on in all the fond memories you had the pleasure of experiencing. Your friend, Jamie

My favorite memory of Ellie was her sneaking under my desk and all the sudden popping out from under it,and putting her head in my lap. She'd wag her tail enthusiastically with a "pet me!" look on her face. How could I resist? She was a joy around the office and I always looked forward to her visits. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing, but I know she lives on in the hearts of everyone that loved her.
