Fern, When reading about Elle on her residency I felt that you are truly a wonderful parent to dear Elle and raised her in a caring home. You did everything you could to make sure she was receiving palliative care with her illness. My heart extends to you in all your efforts to help out your baby Elle. She will be loyally waiting to give you a big kiss when you meet again. My cat Moses recently departed to Rainbow Bridge and I know how sorrowful it is to be without your loving family member. I am so sorry for the loss of your precious furbaby. I recently lost mine too . It is amazing how these little creatures wrap themselves around our hearts. Its almost been 1 week for me without my girl & not a minute goes by that I don't miss her. Elle looked & sounded like a beautiful dog. My dog was born the same year & was wonderful too <3-I know no amount of words can help with the pain, but find comfort in this. I know her & Niki ( my babygirl) are playing up in heaven with no more pain or suffering, just waiting for us. God Bless <3

Dear Fern: I am so sorry for your loss. I lost three guinea pigs over the course of 9 years. There is a page for Evie, my first, here. My last, Crystal, passed in August of 2013. I have had, and known several friends', dogs. Once you get attached, I know it is hard to let go. Remember the good times, since those are the ones that make you smile and keep your spirits up until you meet again.

Dear Fern My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on. And one day you will be reunited. Elle is waiting for you. Take care.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Elle. Please find comfort in knowing that Elle is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Elle and my babies have all become good friends. Dear Fern I'm sorry for the loss of your Elle. What a beautiful tribute for a beautiful girl. I lost my Finnbar December 2012.I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be.Until then Elle is waiting for you at the bridge happy and healthy.There are new places to explore so much space to run like the wind all the good treats and when she needs a break,meadows to lie in the sun.She's having a ball with her new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you.I hope she's met Finn by now.He's a friendly little cat but he's scrappy and he can catch.
