Hello, handsome Duffy Boy, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mom and Dad love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase sunbeams and rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mom and Dad feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at Mom and Dad so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mom and Dad always, beloved sweet Duffy. Pressy's Grandpa

Dear Dorothy & Brian, my condolences on Duffy Boy's passing. May Duffy's memories sustain you until you are reunited. I loved all his little costumes, what a little ham he was. Blessings, Rose

Dorothy & Brian, I am sorry for the passing of your beloved little Duffy Boy, with you for 13 years - a precious Family member, endearing himself to you over his lifetime with you. You, as responsible, loving parents, had no other choice but to send your fur-child to the Bridge for his healing which was not available to him in this imperfect life where cruel diseases take those we love. But now he is free of his sick body and running around again in the green fields of Heaven where he awaits you to join him one day - when God calls you to your Eternal Home. In that Land of Love and Light there are no more painful partings or tears of sorrow - only tears of joy which will flow when you meet again in a happy place. For a few more years of this comparatively short life you will be physically apart - yet his loving spirit is ever near you - watching over you - still caring for you as he did on Earth. For now let tears of grief flow for Duffy for they will help to heal your broken heart.

Dorothy/Brian..Duffy is a beautiful boy....a beautiful tribute for a great friend. It is never easy to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. For whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon while leaving their forever pawprints within us. He is now healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge, they are gone from our site but never forgotten. I can send you my babies site if you wish to visit..take care..

I am so sorry for your loss of Duffy Boy. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Duffy Boy that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Duffy Boy and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Duffy Boy continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

So sorry for the loss, of your furbaby, it is always hard to lose a good friend. May your days of pain and adjustment be short, and your memories of your baby bring you peace and love. No more pain or suffering for our furbabies, only sunshine and lots of new friends. Soon you will all be together again and going over the rainbow together, which is where your lives’ really begin

I was able to spend some time doing doggy daycare for Duffy and his sis once and I think he must of sensed the disdain I had for my roommate at the time and gave a little infamous "spray" to her shopping bag one fine day when she came home. This was kinda like a "Bad Duffy" but NOT REALLY as it turned into a "here's a treat" moment. Lol. He was a great little fella and loved more than life! I'm sure he's over the rainbow making new friends all the while, waiting for the old. He may be gone physically but shall live on forever in our hearts by way of "Love". Xo

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Duffy. Please find comfort in knowing that Duffy is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Duffy and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Dear Dorothy and Brain, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Duffy Boy. He was a beautiful Boy and obviously deeply loved. You gave him a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Duffy Boy will continually provide you with comfort, he will forever live in your heart and memories. Take good care of Duffy's little sister. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

Ode to Duffy Duffy Boy was #1 For Duffy Boy was like a son. A part of your whole family, loving you unconditionally. That inquisitive look, and the tilt of his head, he knew who had the best part of your bed! He was blessed to be raised by you. Nurtured, loved and a little spoiled too. With his passing you should know, Duffy had a great part in the Robinson Show. His star will shine bright in your heart, for Duffy will always be a part. Goodbye to a warm special friend, to Duffy , a great friend to the end.

Dorothy and Brian- It was the most unselfish act of kindness to express your heartfelt desire that you were not willing to feel the loss of a dear friend -and were not willing to let Duffy suffer. May the painful emptiness fill with sentiments of loving your best friend and companion. I am so deeply sorry for your loss and in keeping your connection, I've placed a pull rope at Rainbow Bridge -- never let go!
