Liz, As I read your story of Dominic the time-scale, I see, is similar to my pigeon family coming to Rainbow Bridge: Max after 11 years - Robbie and Whitey after about 9 months! Times and dates are not important. Now you have a beautiful Residency for your beloved Dominic - where you may grieve for him - but also give thanks for his short life with you and for the enrichment he brought into your life through his unconditional love for you for 7 precious years. I am also a cat-lover and previous owner of several cats (who owned me!) so my heart goes out to you in a special way. I would like to welcome you to RB where you will find continued healing and where you may take time to talk to him and give thanks for 7 years of your life together with `your little boy`. His spirit will never leave you because you belong together in this life and the next - until you meet again across the Bridge in the Heaven our loving Creator God has prepared - for all who love Him - and their fur-children.

Dear Liz, my condolences on the passing of sweet Dominic. I agree with you, our babies are more than just pets. May your heart heal in time and may the fond memories of Dominic always bring a smile to your heart. I've left him a stocking full of nice treats. Blessings, Rose

I am so sorry for your loss of Dominic. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Dominic that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Dominic and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Dominic continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Dominic. Please find comfort in knowing that Dominic is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Dominic and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Liz- Such a loving and beautiful tribute to your beautiful boy, Dominic, who filled your life with joy, laughter and tears. I could hear the pain you are feeling and I'm so deeply sorry for the loss of your best friend and companion. In time, your grief will soften as well as delivering an unsolicited lesson in patience, compassion, forgiveness and resilience. In loving memory, I have placed a stack of blankets at Rainbow Bridge for both Princess and Dominic.

Liz, I am so sorry for your loss of Dominic. I can see how you feel in love with him. So beautiful! They say time heals all wounds, but when it comes to the loss of our beloved fur babies, I'm not so sure. All I can say for sure is that the memories never leave. Keep them close to your heart until you meet your little angel again.

Dominic Mallon I am sorry for your loss. Liz loves you and misses you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Running and playing all day with the other furbabies. One day we will join them for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge.

Dear Liz, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Dominic. He was a beautiful boy and obviously deeply loved. You gave him a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. We will always miss our fur babies no matter how long they been gone. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experienced and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Dominic will continually provide you with comfort, he will forever live in your heart and memories. Dominic is with princess at the rainbow bridge and hope this makes you smile. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

Hello, handsome Dominic Mallon. We're sorry we've not visited sooner but we didn't know about you. Our Pressy is the little old gray lady kitty who plays in golden sunbeams and chases colorful butterflies with you. Pressy told us about you and asked her family to visit playmate Dominic. She said you trade kitty love headbumps and she taught you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy hears your sweet meows and purrs and feels a soft touch of your kitty paw in gentle breezes. Pressy said you send love signs to tell her you're in Paradise meadow watching over her waiting until she comes for you to cross Rainbow Bridge to be together forever. Play happy meadow games with other furangels in beautiful Paradise but stop often to smile at Mommy so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her for she loves you deeply and misses you so. Soar among clouds on silvery angel wings to watch over Mommy always, beloved sweet baby boy. Pressy's Grandpa

Dear Dominic Mallon, how purrfectly handsome you are. Please go to the Bridge and purr your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your mommy who misses you so much, and she will send her love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Liz, your world has lost a very special furpurrson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Dominic is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually nuzzle your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Dominic will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Tashi at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/TASHI002/resident.HTM

For sweet Dominic, I know that during your lifetime you gave Liz much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photos and reading what your Mommy wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Dominic I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and although he is a little dog he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Liz, I just visited your Dominic's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious furangel. I am sure if asked, Dominic would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Dominic. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)
