Rebecca Noelle, I explained to my birds that it was too much for me to be constantly grieving. I felt I was dying! I could almost hear them saying to me `We are here for you - in a new way. We do not want you to be unhappy because of us. We are with you always. You must seek us in your spirit` It was a turning point in my life and I have never looked back - and instead rejoice in the special relationship I have with them now. They fly with me daily, inspiring me as I write to pet parents suffering the pain I have been in. Do not be surprised if you feel your Healer cat, Diana, near you - looking out for you - watching over you - her beloved parent. She would love you to be whole though she knows a time of mourning is an essential healing process. When we find `enjoyment` in something again there is no need to feel guilty. I felt I wanted to write to you more fully because I know how distressed you are. So this message is Part II of my message to you at this time of sorrow and loss.

Rebecca Noelle, As a cat lover and former owner I feel for you at the untimely passing of your beautiful Diana due to lung cancer - such a terrible disease. You must be heart-broken! It is so touching the way Diana waited to say goodbye to you - knowing that she was on her final journey. I believe cats are natural healers for the human race - and so intuitive. It is a myth that they think only of themselves! I am not surprised that she sought out ailing people to comfort them. What a wonderful cat! And you were so close. I had that kind of relationship with my cats - and it tears our souls apart when they have to leave us for the next life. I know that you `love her more than life`. So it was with my two beloved pigeons who passed 7 months ago. I thought I was going to die without them! It would make her sad if she felt you could not enjoy life again. They do not want us to mourn constantly. You need `time off` from your grief - to survive. It is not disloyal to her or to her memory.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Diana. Please find comfort in knowing that Diana is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Diana and my babies have all become good friends. What a beautiful tribute to your precious Diana. Your sweet baby lives on forever in your heart and memories as she awaits you on the Rainbow. Know that her sweet spirit will always be connected and that the love and memories will never die. She is at Rainbow playing and taking good care of the other fur babies that have passed over and she will always remember the first and last time of your time together here on earth. My heart goes out to you but believe me Diana is there and will get you through 🌹🌹😇😇

Rebecca Noelle- Your moving tribute to your best friend, Diana, revealed a very loving relationship that will always remain deep within your heart. I can only imagine the painful loss you are feeling and to know you are not alone in your grief. In your time of sorrow, I have left a sentiment as well as a cardboard box at Rainbow Bridge, especially for your Little Miss. 'There are rainbows in the clouds so that each of us — in the dreariest and most dreaded moments — can see a possibility of hope.' May it be so.

Dear Rebecca, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Diana. She was a beautiful Girl and obviously deeply loved. You gave her such a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Diana will continually provide you with comfort, she will forever live in your heart and memories. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

Hello, pretty Diana, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Rebecca loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful butterflies and trade kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Rebecca hears your sweet meows and purrs and feels a soft touch of your kitty paw in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly for her until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're curled up beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Rebecca so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Rebecca always, beloved sweet kitty sister. Pressy's Grandpa
