Nanette & Kenn, I`m so sorry for the recent passing of your Daisy Doodle, who has been in your life for 11 years. She sounds a devoted, fun-loving dog: your `definition of joy and love`! When close bonds have formed over the years between us and our beloved pets, to say we miss them when they leave us for the next life is an understatement. I know of no pain like it. As one who is recovering from grief I understand, in part, what you are going through. It is a spiritual/emotional amputation, needing just as much care and recognition as any open, physical wound. There is also the stark realisation of her absence - like a limb missing! Sometimes it is hard to accept this reality until the numbness and shock of their passing grows less. Grief is a very painful process but you will come through it - with the support of understanding friends. Let your tears flow freely. This helps bring you healing. In time you may realize that your Daisy is still as near as ever - in spirit - always.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Daisy. Please find comfort in knowing that Daisy is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Daisy and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Nanette and Kenn- What you have described in your beautiful tribute to Daisy Doodle was her zest for life and loving you till the end of time. May all those beautiful memories fill and warm your soul to help you through these difficult days. I have left a satiny-pink pillow under a shade tree at Rainbow Bridge in loving memory of your special girl. I am so deeply sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry for the loss of your Daisy Doodle. What a beautiful girl.I lost my Finnbar December 2012.I lost my Rocky in March. I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be.Until then Daisy is waiting for you at Rainbowsbridge happy and healthy. There are new places to explore so much space to run like the wind all the good treats and when she needs a break, meadows to lie in the sun. She's having a ball with her new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you.I hope she's met my boys by now.Finn is a friendly little cat but he's scrappy and Rocky is the sweetest gentle giant. If you would care to visit my guys http://Rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Finnb001/Resident.htm http://Rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Rocky303/Resident.htm

Dear Nanette and Kenn, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Daisy Doodle. She was a beautiful Girl and obviously deeply loved. You gave her such a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Daisy Doodle will continually provide you with comfort, she will forever live in your heart and memories. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

Hello, pretty Daisy Doodle, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy and Daddy love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy and Daddy feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy and Daddy so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy and Daddy always, beloved sweet Daisy. Pressy's Grandpa

I am so sorry for your loss of Daisy. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Daisy that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Daisy and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Daisy continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you.
