I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Crisco. Please find comfort in knowing that Crisco is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Crisco and Spooky have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Crisco, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember the way your baby's tender love touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us. And may you catch a glimpse of your baby's special sign to you, just when your heart needs it most.... May each love-filled memory you have of your beloved furbaby bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your fur-angel would want for you this blessed season.... With best wishes for you and your family this Holiday, Karen (Dusty, DJ & Patches' mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

As I studied Dan's wall I was so saddened to hear about Crisco's death. I remember you telling me all about naming him and a couple of stories about him when he first joined your family. I always had hope that I would meet him - but that didn't happen. When I got my cat, I remembered your story about finding the right name for Crisco, so had my cousin searching her mom's cupboards to find the right name for my new cat. Well, saw Crisco, but my cat didn't seem to like that name and decided that was because that name was taken. Two hours later we finally came up with the perfect name for her (thanks to Crisco)...it was Kahlua. Now, even though it has been 5 years since she died, I still miss her and her sibling, Creme, reminds me day in and out of Kahlua. I can guarantee that you will never forget Crisco nor the impact he had on your life!

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Sweet Crisco What a precious friend you’ve been! Your family loved you so. Keep sending them reminders of your love & all the happy times. Now, new friends welcome you to Rainbow Bridge! Be joyous here & play in the sunny green meadows.I hope that you’ve met my girls. Gracie loves to swim, chase squirrels & dig holes for her bones; Sister loves to roll in the dirt & scratch her back until her white fur is as black as her black spots. You’ll be able to hear her purring a mile away! Run Forever Free! Judy & Dan, I understand your feelings. I lost my best pals, Sister back in May & Gracie in mid January. It is so very difficult to say goodbye to one so special. Hold your precious memories close to your heart and know that our angels are no longer sick or in pain. They run forever free. Please visit my luv at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/GACIE001/Resident.htm. God Bless! “Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass; its about learning how to dance in the rain”

Crisco - You are certainly a great companion and you have left your family some fond memories to remember! Send mom and dad some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Judy and Dan know that God has appointed you to be their guardian, protector to watch over them until they are called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Judy and Dan - I send my deepest regrets over the loss of Crisco. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande http://www.rainbowbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you. Author Unknown

What a beautiful baby! Crisco is running endlessly in the fields by Rainbow Bridge playing frisbee with Jesus. In God's time she will be there to meet both of you with kisses and you will all cross the bridge into Heaven.

Crisco, you are so handsome! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your mommy and daddy who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Judy & Dan, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Crisco is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as BG is watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually hug your hearts until then. Blessings & peace, Clare & Martha....Please visit our BG at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BG001/resident.HTM

Hello, precious Crisco, welcome to the forever sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy and Daddy love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place at Rainbows Bridge. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy and Daddy feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy and Daddy so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy and Daddy always, beloved Crisco. Pressy's Grandpa
