Hello, handsome Colombo, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to help Nieve welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy and Andy feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy and Andy always, beloved sweet baby. Pressy's Grandpa

Dear Ana, Please accept my condolences on your friend Colombo's death. It is so hard to say goodbye, and maybe even harder to live without our buddies once we are going through every day without them. In time many happy memories will return, and I hope it gives you peace to know you are thought of! Be well, Megan (PHL) with Dexter "Big Essie" the Bernese mountain dog and Rinchen the Chow Chow

Ana..Colombo is a beautiful boy with a great smile..a beautiful tribute for a great friend. It is never easy to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. For whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon while leaving their forever pawprints within us. He is now healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge, they are gone from our site but never forgotten. I can send you my babies site if you wish to visit..take care..

Ana, I am sorry for the loss of your sweet Colombo. Tell Andy that Colombo has transitioned and is with him always in spirit. He is one of Andy's angels. It sounds like he was a happy boy would has nothing but love and gratitude for the life and home you gave him. I hope he meets up with my Murphy so they can run and play together in the warm sunshine.

Ana, What wonderful photos of your beloved Colombo - keeping his visual memory alive - of happy times when you were all together as a family! Now he has passed - and you are brokenhearted at his passing. I am sure he left this life very peacefully - in your arms: so hard for you - but such a relief to him to leave his old body behind for a new one in Heaven: to be able to run around again with legs that are working properly: mobility which he was entitled to enjoy - and what God - and you - wanted for him. Now he has that freedom - because you gave him back to God: causing you sorrow - yet joy in the knowledge that your Colombo is well - and happy - again. But the bonds formed between you here on Earth are indestructible and eternal - continuing unbroken in Heaven: where you will be re-united forever one day when God calls you to cross the Bridge to your forever Home. What a day of rejoicing that will be! Till then his loving spirit watches over his family - with tender care - always.

They will not go quietly, the pets who've shared our lives. In subtle ways they let us know their spirit still survives. Old habits still can make us think we hear them at the door Or step back when we drop a tasty morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place the food dish use to be, And, sometimes, coming home at night, we miss them terribly. And although time may bring new friends and a new food dish to fill, That one place in our hearts belongs to them.... and always will. - Author unknown. I am so sorry for your loss but I do hope that this poem offers you some comfort. Blessings………………….. Joyce

Beautiful words and memories, beautiful pictures. It touched my heart. So easy to see how very much Colombo was loved for all the time he was here with you. But now Columbo brings love and joy to many new furfriends at the Rainbow meadow. I am sure my two angel kitties have become good friends with your angel baby. Always know that you will see Columbo again some day. Blessings of healing and peace.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Colombo. Please find comfort in knowing that Colombo is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. On March 20, 2017 my sweet little calico Gabbi crossed over Rainbow's Bridge. I adopted her about a month after Spooky passed away and Gabbi also lived to be almost 16 years old. I am sure that Colombo and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Ana I am sorry for the loss of your precious baby Colombo. So adorable and I can see you loved him. I know Colombo and Abby are getting endless treats, long slow walks with all the Angels. I like to think that the stars in the sky are openings in heaven where the love our fur babies shines down to let us know they are happy. They leave pawprints on our hearts forever. I know they are both so happy now and running and playing.

Ana- Colombo's picture lit up the screen and warmed my heart and soul. I can only imagine how much he enriched your life with everlasting memories to bring comfort during this challenging time. You loved him so much that you were willing to feel the loss of a dear friend and were not willing to let that friend suffer; honor and celebrate a life well lived. I am so deeply sorry for your loss and placed a pull rope at his resting place, Rainbow Bridge. Your bond and connection remains for an eternity-never let go!

So sorry for the loss, of your baby, it is always hard to lose a good friend. May your days of pain and adjustment be short, and your memories of your baby bring you peace and love. No more pain or suffering for our babies, only sunshine and lots of new friends. Soon you will all be together again and going over the rainbow together, which is where your lives’ really begin
