I am crying reading through your loving words to Colby. I lost my precious Colby, a yorkie who would have been 13 in a few days, on Friday. He went so quickly that I still can’t believe it, he was his own self in the morning Thursday and took a bad turn in the afternoon. I feel a kinship with our Colby’s.

Dear Friend, I understand this is a sad time for you I too know the heartbreak of losing a beloved friend and constant companion having lost my beloved Bob Barker on August 28, 2017...so I understand how much you miss your little one... Just remember that it is never really “Goodbye”, just “Until we’re together again”! And I pray that this thought will give your heart comfort and peace in the days to come when you think of your sweet baby… Now your precious one waits for you to sleep at night and dream. Their love continues to cross the Rainbow bridge and come to you all the time. My pups and I are sending you very – very special loving thoughts, prayers, positive energy, and petitioning the Universe to ease your heart pain and give you peace in the knowledge that you will see your little one again one day and that for now your sweet baby is but a dream away… You can visit Bob Barker at: https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BOBBA002/Resident.htm

Hi Colby, I stayed with your Mom & Dad back in June when my Mom & Dad went to NJ to see their grandson graduate from High School. I had such a good time, but I wish you where there so we could have played. Your Mom & Dad let me sleep with them, I hope that was ok with you. I played with some of your toys and your Dad & Mom. It was a great vacation and hope I did not bother them too much. Also played with your friends Witt and Charlie. It would have been much better if you where there but I know you are playing with all your friends in Rainbow Bridge. I hope I can stay with your Mom & Dad again. Miss you. Love , Sandy

Hey Colby! You are so handsome and such a cute fellow. I work with your sister Melissa and she has told me all about you. I was in tears listening as Melissa shared all of the joyous stories about you and how much your Mom and Dad loves you so much! You will forever be in their hearts as I can tell you were so much joy to them. You are a handsome adorable little guy and I am so glad you were able to give them so many great memories! You rock!

So sorry for the loss of your sweet furbaby. Animals are a beautiful blessing from God and their souls are always with you. The love you have for them is carried with them to heaven and back. It is an absolute promise to you that you will be reunited some day. Please take each day slow and God's presence and peace will find you. Big hugs!

Dear Tom & Gail, Just wanted to let you know I could tell how much Colby meant to you by your memorial page posts and know that sadness when we lose such a special one. I do hope with time your sadness will lift and those memories of Colby will bring your laughter instead of tears. Blessings.

Dear Sweet Colby, You will always be that young, spirited, and amazing little guy in the eyes of your mom and dad that you were when you first entered this world. The love they have for you surpasses time, space, and life itself - but you know, oh yes, because you felt it every day. Their pain is deep and beyond comprehension. But, you are now free from pain. Your little body is healed forever and, with that knowledge, their hearts will eventually heal as well. Mr. Michelsen and I lost our Mickey over 15 years ago - before you were even born, and we still cry when telling stories about his dedication to our family - that will never end - and your mom and dad will do the same. With every breath they take, they think of you and are reminded of how blessed they were to have known you. Rest now...
