Dear Sanjay, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Cody. He was such a beautiful Boy and obviously deeply loved. You gave him such a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Cody will continually provide you with comfort, He will always live in your heart and memories forever. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

Sanjay- A simply beautiful and loving tribute to Cody who filled your life with meaning. 'The reason there are rainbows in the clouds is that each of us,in the dreariest and most dreaded moments, can see a possibility of hope.' I am deeply sorry for your loss, may your heartache be brief.

Sanjay, I`m so sorry you have had to say `goodbye` to your beloved Cody after 13 years. It is such a hard decision to make - losing what we love most - to a killer disease. Be re-assured you have made the right (and bravest) decision to see your best friend and `anchor in your life` out of his pain - sparing him an agonising end. It is the last kind thing you could do. You, as his owner, are as responsible for his peaceful exit from pain as you were for his happiness in life. He must be so thankful to you that he is now well, strong and pain-free: running around in Heaven`s green fields, his tail wagging with joy. I have recently had to make a similar decision so I know the irrational guilt and doubt that always follows such a selfless act of love: the best thing for your Cody. There is nothing for him to forgive! He would want your mind to be at peace about this. He is so grateful you were strong enough to help him when the moment came. In time your pain will heal. Love is eternal.

Hello Sanjay, As time passes and you begin to reflect on memories of your beautiful Cody. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Cody. Please find comfort in knowing that Cody is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Cody and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Cody I am sorry for your loss. Sanjay loves you and misses you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Running and playing all day with the other furbabies. One day we will join them for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge.

Hello, handsome Cody, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Daddy loves and misses you so...he made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Daddy feels your loving presence with him and Cody kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until he comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask he not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in his heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Daddy so he feels the warmth of your love surround him and knows you miss him too and are with him. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Daddy always, beloved sweet Cody. Pressy's Grandpa

Dear Cody, you are truly gorgeous. Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your family who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Sanjay, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Cody is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually nuzzle your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Cody will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Tashi at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/TASHI002/resident.HTM

For sweet Cody, I know that during your lifetime you gave Sanjay much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Sanjay wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Cody I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Sanjay, I just visited Cody's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious furangel. I am sure if asked, Cody would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Cody. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)

We love you Cody. You are an amazing being. Thank you for giving so much support to Sanjay and his family since 2003. Sanjay, Katy, Indira, Nick, Theodore, Calvin: we're all thinking of you and sending our love. I had a Cody dog when I was young and losing him when he was 12 years old was one of the hardest things I went through. I hope that Cody's loss only emphasizes how much love and joy you all share. All our love, Nick, Bel, Eloise, Josiane
