"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the most joyous and happiest of memories of your sweet Cody be the ones that you remember this month of December. May it be those very memories, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face, that surround you this first Holiday Season without your baby. May those memories bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one of the little presents that your furbaby guardian angel would want for you this year.... May God bless you and your entire family this wonderful Holiday Season.

I just visited your furbaby’s residency at Rainbows Bridge and wanted to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I know how hard it is to lose a pet – I lost Gizmo, my best friend of 13 years, (http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Gizmo061/resident.HTM) on March 1st 2003. I’ll always miss her, but find comfort in knowing that she’s at peace, and that as long as she remains in my heart her spirit remains alive. I’ve found wonderful support from other visitors at Rainbows Bridge, and I hope you do too. It helps to know that you’re not alone, and others understand. I also hope you find comfort in knowing that now your furbaby is happy and healthy again, along with my Gizzy and all the other wonderful animals at the Bridge. Remember: You now have a Guardian Angel. Peace, Felicia

Sweet Cody, I am sure you will miss the icy cold weather, for I hear at the Rainbow, it's warmth and sunshine all the day long! So though you might miss the snow and ice, I'm so very sure there will be lots of squirrels and little critters for you to chase after there in the beautiful green meadows near the Bridge, little guy! So settle in nicely to your new home, and remember, there will be much magic for you to learn... Blowing kisses to your family on the soft rainbow breezes, chasing magical fireflies there at your new home, and learning how to gently visit your family in their dreams will be a few things you'll soon be learning. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to your family as they miss you, but may they know each of their tears is helping your Rainbow there shine just a little brighter...An old Indian proverb, "The Soul would have No Rainbow if the Eyes had No Tears" says it best... With my sympathy, Dusty's Mommy

Hello Cody! What a fun boy you sound like! And devastatingly handsome I hear! Your family misses you so much. Take a minute to let them know that you are ok and are still with them in spirit. I hope you are enjoying yourself at the Rainbow Bridge and have found my little Cleo to play with you! Ellen, Diana, and Patricia, you have my heartfelt sympathy on your loss of Cody. I know the pain of losing our babies can be unbearable- I just lost my Cleo almost 2 months ago and I still miss her every day. Be comforted knowing that you will be together again one day. God bless you and Cody. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CLEO028/Resident.htm

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write or talk on the phone please let me know. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on. Pat Lively

Ellen, Diana and Patricia.. I am so sorry for your loss of your handsome Cody. After reading your tribute to him, I know he had a wonderful life and knew how much you loved him. May time continue to ease the pain and leave you wonderful memories as it has for us when we lost our beloved Tarby. See Tarby--http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/TARBY002/Resident.htm.. No matter how long they're with us its never long enough, and no matter how long they're gone they're never far from our thoughts. May Cody's spirit live in your hearts forever!

Ellen, Diana and Patricia - Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your baby. I had to have my baby put down not too long ago so I know how very hard it is. I believe our babies know we will always carry them in our hearts. And if we do happen to get another baby (as most of us do) they know it's because they taught us how to love, and it makes them smile. ((hugs)) Karen If you would like, you can visit my baby at-http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/CALLI012/Resident.htm

Cody - You seem to have a very diversified and adventurous personality! Your family is missing you very much so send them some kisses from the Rainbow that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many fur friends to play with now. Let them know that God has appointed you to be their guardian, protector to watch over them until they are called to come to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Ellen, Diana, and Patricia - I send you my deepest regrets over your loss of Cody. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that we will see our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

Good Morning Cody! Something tells me you like the winter. You can have it anyway you like it at Rainbow Bridge. I'm sure you found a lot of new friends who love the same things you do, and you are hanging out together now. Don't forget to send a signal down to your family so they'll know you are safe & happy. I know you will keep a watchful eye on them from the Bridge until the day you see them again.

Ellen, Diana and Patricia, Cody is now your very own special angel, watching over and for you until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his love truly hug your hearts until then.
