Cana & Jon, I just wanted to let you know I'm thinking about you and Alison on the one year anniversary of losing Casey. I know how much you must miss him and I know he had the best home possible. Yesterday marked the 2 year anniversary of losing Munchkin to kidney disease. I have her & her picture here on my desk. We still miss her so much, but know that she's watching over us...when she's not misbehaving in heaven. :) I hope she and Casey have met and are playing together. Even though he's not here, remember, he'll never leave your heart. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Sending you many hugs. Miss ya muches. :)

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Casey, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember the way your baby's tender love touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us. And may you catch a glimpse of your baby's special sign to you, just when your heart needs it most.... May each love-filled memory you have of your beloved furbaby bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your fur-angel would want for you this blessed season.... With best wishes for you and your family this Holiday, Karen (Dusty, DJ & Patches' mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

My baby. It's been a month today since you passed-and we are still not over it. Life feels incomplete without you. I hope to be at peace one day but for now - I miss you every hour of every day. Sending my love -

Jon and Cana, I just visited Casey, he was a handsome guy. Its so awful to lose these wonderful little souls to cancer. I lost my precious Amor 2 months ago, also to cancer, she was 11. She always seemed fine and not in any pain, one day she stopped eating, she was put on IV's 24/7, 10 days later she was gone. The autosy revealed it was cancer. What a shock, I had no idea. She was also a rescue and a precious little girl, so gentle and kind. Remembering these little ones is painful, I still think of her and miss every day. I guess i'll love another dog again, but as you know, we will never forget Casey or Amor. Take care, God bless. Eleanor

Jon and Cana, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that Casey and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm

Cutie Baby Casey, Welcome to Rainbow Bridge. I know your playing all day long, running pain free, lying in the sun, running thru the creek under the bridge. Playing fur baby games, and doing anything your little heart desires. Your Mommy misses and loves you very much. What a beautiful place she made for you. Be sure to send signs down to everyone, a butterfly, a soft breeze, and a dream. I will ask my Lilly to find you; She loves all babies(boys)! Play and run baby. You now are Mommy and Daddy’s guardian angel, just as they were your angels while you were here. Dear Cana & Jon, I am sorry for your loss and your past tough couple of months. You did such a wonderful thing for Casey. What a lovely story. You never gave up on him. If we can cherish the time we had while they were with us, until we meet forever, it makes it somewhat bearable. You have lost a wonderful best friend and heaven has gained a lovely new soul. Many prayers to you, Jon & sweet Allison, Debbie/Lillysmommy/sonoma/ca
