I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Casco. Please find comfort in knowing that Casco is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Casco and Spooky have become good friends. "God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Casco, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember the way your baby's tender love touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us this Holiday season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it most.... And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved furbaby bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your fur-angel would want for you this year ... With best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ & Patches' mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

Hi Kathy, It's hard when our babies leave us and they are free of pain while ours has just begun. You gave your Sweet Pea a second chance at a wonderful life and in return you were given unconditional love and companionship. I hope the memories have served to ease your pain over time and you will one day be able to think of your dear Casco with smiles rather than tears. I know it's tough because I'm still hurting over losing my angel Stuart. I'm sure they will be great friends at Rainbows Bridge as they run free and happy chasing birds and butterflys. Please visit my Stuart at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/STUAR002/resident.htm

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Happy New Year Casco...how are you today? You are going to make many friends. And there's so much for you to do. You get to chase bunnies, butterflies & take long naps in the sun. Isn't that great? Make sure you send your mommie lots of smooches so she knows you are doing OK. Also send your fur family signs so they know that you are OK. Maybe then they will want to eat. Now go find your friends. To Kathy...we are sorry for your loss. It's never easy letting our babies leave us but we do because we love them so very much. Hold your memories close to your heart until you see your precious Casco again. http://RainbowsBridge.com/Residents/COLE002/resident.htm

Dear Kathy, Casco is such a magnificent soul! He is there with all of you when he is not playing with his new friends over the Rainbow Bridge. I too slept on the floor in a sleeping bag with my precious cat, Addison, when he first came to us until he got to know our three girlie kitties. It was about two weeks. Casco remembers those moments with you singing to him most of all. Listen closely and you will hear little sounds of love from him...shhhh! And take a peek at Addison's residency. I hope those two find each other and have some fun times! Mari

Casco, What a precious baby you were, always so loyal and loving. You taught and gave your mommy so much that she now knows the true meaning of unconditional love. She longs for the day to be able to hold you and to look into your eyes again. I know just how grateful you are for all of love and care in which she provided you. She misses you baby, so very much. I know that you don't want her to be sad for too long, but instead, be happy. For you are happy, content at peace and have been surrounded by so many others who also love and adore you, including my Shayna Girl and Leche. I extend my deepest condolences to you for the loss of Casco. I know just how painful it is to have lost your angel, for, I too, lost mine. Please vist my Shayna Girl at: http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/SHAYN005/Resident.htm and Leche at http://www.rainbowbridge.com/residents/LECHE001/Resident.htm My thoughts and prayers are with you. Until we are with our babies again. Shayna and Leche's mommy, Lisa

Welcome to the bridge beautiful Casco, may you enjoy your perfect new world while waiting for your caring parents. I know my Puck and Diane's Zander are taking good care of you and have introduced you to many new friends. When we lose someone whom we loved so much our hearts are broken for a long long time, sometimes forever. Still we have to go on for the sake of those babys who are still with us and even more for those who like Mac have no-one to be loved and cared by. Your leaving us is not the end, it is just a beginning, the beginning of hope and glory, of a place where all God's creatures are treated equally, where there is only love and no evil. Casco, maybe you should ask my Puck to show you how to catch a most beautiful rainbow, so that you could send it to your mommmy and daddy and they will know that you are doing ok. The signs our beloved and faithful companions are sending us are treasured more than you can imagine. Much love to you from across the ocean xox

Hi Casco-what a beautiful puppy dog you were. You touched you many peoples lives. I can see that you were loved by so many, and that you touched the lives of so many. I am sure you are running free and enjoying the green meadows at the Bridge. You will never be forgotten, and someday you will be reunited with all your loved ones at the bridge. Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your baby. I've had to have several of my babies put down also (one very recently and my heart is just aching, so I know how very hard it is. I believe our babies know we will always carry them in our hearts. At least I pray they do. ((healing and heart-felt hugs)) Karen If you would like, you can visit my babies at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/SOPHE001/Resident.htm and http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/CALLI012/Resident.htm

Kathy, My sincere sympathies for your loss of beautiful Casco. I know the unconditional love they bring. Until one loves an animal, a part of the soul remains unawakened. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Casco will always be in your memories and forever in your heart. Bless you both.

Hi Kathy I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Casco. I lost my Zander in July 2008 so I know how you are feeling. I know that someday we will be together again with our beautiful companions. Welcome to the Bridge! I know you're busy making friends, romping around playing, and laughing so hard you just can't stand it, but don't forget to take the time to let your family know you're okay and thank them for the wonderful life they gave you...

Dear Kathy, Casco sure is a 'sweet pea' and he has started of the new year as your very own guardian angel...still and forever protecting you and his furry friends here on earth. Tell Lilly all about how he is still with all of you and hold her while you talk. She will soon sense his presence too..so will tiny Truman. Send me an e-mail and I will send you a true story that I wrote. It will give you hope and remind you that miracles are always just around the corner. These roses are just for you with love and wet kisses...from who else...your Sweet Pea. Mari

Casco, you are so gorgeous! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your mommy who misses you so much, and she will send her love right back to you on angels' wings. Kathy, your world has lost a very special furperson, and heaven has gained a very special soul. Casco is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as BG is watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually hug your heart until then. Clare & Martha....Please visit BG at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BG001/resident.HTM
