Buck is beautiful. When I looked at the snow picture I had to wonder what was he thinking? That is a lot of snow. My little girl loved to play and run in the snow also.

We lost one of our springers to cancer on 15 Oct 12, she to give a good fight until the end and she knew it was time to go to the Rainbow Bridge. We just lost another springer two weeks ago, this time to heart issues. It never gets any easier losing a beloved fur baby, but they will always be in our hearts no matter how many years pass since they went to the bridge. They stamp their paw print on our hearts that can never be erased. Hopefully there is a Springer Spaniel community by the bridge that all springers gather at until we come to get them again.

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the most joyous and happiest of memories of your sweet Buck be the ones that you remember this month of December. May it be those very memories, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face, that surround you this Holiday Season and bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one of the little presents that your furbaby angel would want for you this year.... May God bless you and your entire family this wonderful Holiday Season. With best wishes, Karen....Dusty's mom.... http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

I'm so sorry for your loss- We also had a dog named Buck who died around the same time as your Buck. He also had cancer. I just lost my cat of 7 years, Big Mac, too, so I've been visiting this site in the hopes of being comforted. I know all our pets are there waiting for us, and we will see them again.

Hello Buck--what a handsome and brave fellow you were for your dad.he loved and misses you very much, and wrote a beautiful tribute for us to share. Be sure to say hi to my little guy Caleb, he was born the same year you were, and blessed me with almost 8 very short years. The emptiness left behind by you and my guy is very hard to fill-and i know if we could have but one wish, your dad and myself would want to have you back in our arms, and get those special doggy kisses we so miss. Buck, now you are in a most magical and wondrous place where you are healthy and young once more--by now you have left your daddy know you are all right, and making so many new friends. You are Franks' Guardian angel now, and one more brightly shining star in the Heavens, whose glow sends the warmth of your eternal love down upon your dad.Cioppis'mom told me and caleb about you, and now it seems you'll be reuniting with Nicki. watch over each other and your families, for you were loved, and that is forever.

Good Morning, handsome Buck, welcome to the foreve sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your Dad loves and misses you so...he made you a beautiful place at RB and wrote wonderful words about life shared with you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be your playmate to chase golden sunbeams and butterflies. She'll be your big sister to show you wonders of the bright Paradise meadow and teach you how to send love signs on the wind to Dad so he'll feel your sweet doggie kisses in the gentle evening breezes. You're now his shining star guardian angel until he comes to cross the Bridge to be together again for all time. We'll ask he not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're in his heart forever. Run fast now you're well to play fun meadow games with the other furbabies but stop often to smile down on Dad so he'll feel the warmth of your love and know you love and miss him too and you're with him always. Rest well with the other angels, beloved Buck. Pressy's Grandpa

Hello sweet Buck, I hope you have met my Misty, Cody and Angel now and that you are all chasing sucker fish in the streams. My babies being Blue Heelers love water and maybe you could all swim together in the beautiful lakes and streams they have at RB. Your Dad loves you so much he wrote so many nice loving things about you. You will have to send him some signs that you are OK and happy. One day you will be together again. Your Dad now has his own personal Guardian Angel and I know you will watch over him all of his life. You will always be in your Dad's heart and you and him have some beautiful memories to always remember. Love and Hugs sweet Buck,

Good morning Buck! Have you met my Casey yet? I know you are looking around your beautiful new home and checking out all the neat places up there. Make sure you take a little time out to look in on your family and let them know you are okay. Just send them some little sign. They miss you very much!

I recently read an old Indian Proverb that says "THE SOUL WOULD HAVE NO RAINBOW IF THE EYES HAD NO TEARS". Precious little Buck, just know that each and every one of your daddy's tears that he has shed for you here have mixed with the Sunshine there at your new home and made your Rainbow shine just that much more colorful, vibrant, and brighter for you! So just as you helped brighten Frank's days when you were with him, he is helping do the same for you even now, sweet angel. Your daddy mentioned in your beautiful tribute page that a part of him died with you, sweet baby...May he also cherish each blessed memory of you, as those memories will help you live on in his heart. So just as a part of him may have died with you, a part of you will always live on in your daddy. Rest well now in God's arms, dearest Buck.

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Humane or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write or talk on the phone please let me know. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Pat Lively
