Hi Sandy, I just lost my Great Pyrenees, Bubba, on March 15, Bristol's b-day. Like Bristol, Bubba was days away from his birthday. I hope time and memories have eased your pain. Bubba lived in Northridge, Ca, not too far from you. Best, Lisa

Thank you so much for the visit! It was quite a surprise. I came over to give you a comnemt back, but then I was captivated by your beautiful son. I'm so happy for you and thankful for you. It really makes me excited and anxious for the future because I hope I, too, have a beautiful baby. You know how it is. My first was technically a missed miscarriage also, but I knew I was pregnant by the third day with both pregnancies! I know that the first one is gut-wrenching, but then you move forward. You move forward and try again. Finally, something will happen and you get the perfect baby you are meant to have. Anyway, now that I'm rambling, thanks again and I hope for both of us that we get exactly what we want.Angelica s last blog ..

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Bristol, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your fur-angel bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your dear fur-angel would want for you this year...Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ & Patches mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Hello, pretty Bristol, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mom loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mom feels your loving presence with her and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly for her until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mom so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mom always, beloved Bristy-girl. Pressy's Grandpa

Sandy, I am so very sorry for the loss of your wonderful Bristol. How beautiful! I know the pain you are feeling as I just lost one of my best friends and companions of 16 years, Willy in January. It hurts so very badly, and I know my tears are still flowing. I know though, that Bristol and Willy are probably playing in the meadows running and jumping now. I know Willy loved the sunshine and I hope that he does too. I truly believe that God would not have made a Heaven without our beloved companions there to meet us. I have left an extra angel to look over Bristol, as they are our special angels watching over us. I hope that your pain begins to turn to peace that fills your heart with nothing but wonderful memories. They make the days become a little less heartbreaking knowing that their hearts are always with ours. God Bless You until we all meet again. I would love for you to visit Willy at http://.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/WILLY010/Resident.HTM

My sincere sympathy on the loss of your beloved Bristol. God bless you for taking in one of God's poor creatures and showing them love and compassion until it was time for them to return to their forever home. I feel the sadness you face, but know that in time the tears will be replaced by the happy memories and you will remember Bristol only with love. It's so hard to go on without them, but if we didn't feel the love, we woulnd't now feel the pain. My thoughts are with you.

Hello Sandy, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Bristol. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, in time we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on there memory and begin to celebrate there life. I lost my Zander July 2008; please take comfort in knowing that we will one day be together again with our beautiful companions; I have attached Zander's link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm

So sorry for your loss. How luck Bristol was that you rescued her and gave her so much love. That is the best we can do for them is love them while they are here and give them the best life we can.

Dear Sandy, What a wonderful day August 23, 2003 was! You found your furry little soulmate, Bristol, and I'm sure she brought joy to your life every single day she was with you. It's never easy to say goodbye to our furbabies when they leave us for the rainbow meadow. I know that Bristol is now well and happy and playing with many new friends, including my Inky and Bubba Lou, who left for the meadow earlier this year. We will see our little departed ones again someday. Comfort and peace to you in these sad days.

I am so sorry for your loss.I know it is really hard. I thought that I would neve stop crying when Joshua died but time did help us. We even got another dog and his name is Tedy. We know that he isn't Joshua but we do love him. I hope that you can find that kind of love again. Blessings.................

Sandy, I'm sorry for the loss of your beloved Bristol. I lost my Ginger to lymphoma she was only 6, I share in your grief. We must take comfort knowing both Bristol and Ginger are healthy and happy, waiting for the day we will all be together again.

Sandy--Bristol looks like she would have been a kisser. Most furries show more love than humans..it's unconditional, that's just the way they are. Be happy to know she is with friends like Oreo and Ralph living the good life-healthy and mostly happy waiting for us all on the Bridge...take care

Bristol - You are a pretty lady and you were a great confidante and companion! Send your family some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Sandy know that God has appointed you to be her guardian, protector to watch over her until she is called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Sandy - I send my sincere sympathy to you over the loss of Bristol. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

Sandy, I just visited Bristol. She was beautiful. I know the pain of losing a beloved pet. I lost my precious Bichon, Amor July 1,2010 to cancer, she also was gone far too soon. She was only sick 10 days. It was quite a shock, I didn' t even know she was sick until she stopped eating. Its getting easier but I still miss here and think of her everyday. I hope one day you will smile as you remember all the love and joy Bristol gave you so freely. Please visit Amor at Rainbow Bridge to see my little girl.
