Boo Boo sounds just like my pommie girl April Mae. She too thought of herself as a big dog! He sounds like he was a wonderful boy and companion during his life. What a strong boy he was to have come back from being so ill as many times as he did. My girl had health problems too and I had to let her go. I'm sure she was thrilled to meet Boo Boo and now they both can play pain free while they wait to see us again.

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the most joyous and happiest of memories of your sweet wittle Who Boo be the ones that you remember this month of December. May it be those very memories, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face, that surround you this first Holiday Season without your baby. May those memories bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one of the little presents that your furbaby guardian angel would want for you this year.... May God bless you and your entire family this wonderful Holiday Season. With best wishes, Karen....Dusty's mom.... http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

Thank you for sharing your story about Boo Boo. It is so touching. I saw first hand how brave he was around big dogs, and how strong he was despite his health problems. Those of us at Doggywalker who were lucky enough to spend time with him will not forget him.

Dear Paula; I am so sorry about Boo Boo. I lost my Beastie Girl the same day. It is so hard to lose our precious fur babies, but we gave them the best life we could and they know that and love us all the more for it. I'm also sorry about Spunky. She seems like a real cutie too! Sincerely, Jennifer from Springfield VA

Boo Boo, what an adorable pomeranian you are! My beloved pomeranian Lola went to the bridge 6 months ago and I know you guys must have become great friends! Please send us hugs and kisses from heaven because we miss you guys so much. Paula, being the owner of a pomeranian, I know how wonderful and loving they are. My little girl was only 6 years old when God decided to call her home and it has left me devastated. Like Boo Boo, she had a collapsed trachea. She lived on medication for 3 years but,she died from pnuemonia. My heart feels your pain. Sincerely, Catherine

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write or talk on the phone please let me know. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on. Pat Lively

To Paula, with my sympathy...parts of the following are taken from the Bible. "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven...a time to be born, and a time to die...a time to heal; a time to break down, a time to build up; a time to weep, ...a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance..." As you begin the slow process of healing, may you take comfort that it is okay to take time to weep. The tears you shed here now, mix with the Sunshine at your baby's new home, and make the Rainbow there shine just that much brighter for your precious little one. An old Indian proverb "The soul would have no Rainbow if the Eyes had no Tears" says it best...In the future there will be many moments that you'll smile & celebrate your baby's life and memories~~truly it will be a time for you to dance, just as he is now dancing his most special Boo Boo dance with the angels....

Paula - Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your baby. I've had to have several of my babies put down also, so I know how very hard it is. I believe our babies know we will always carry them in our hearts. And if we do happen to get another baby (as most of us do) they know it's because they taught us how to love, and it makes them smile. ((hugs)) Karen If you would like, you can visit my baby at-http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/CALLI012/Resident.htm

Hello, handsome Boo Boo, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your Mom loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place at RB. We asked our Pressy to help Spunky welcome you and be your playmate to chase golden sunbeams and dance with you and give you kitty headbump kisses. She'll help Spunky show you wonders of the bright Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind to Mom...Gizmo too!...so they'll feel your sweet doggie kisses and know you're dancing when gentle evening breezes blow. You're another guardian angel star shining for Mom until she comes to cross the Bridge to be together for all time. We'll ask she not be so sad but remember you're in her heart forever. Play happy games with Spunky and the other furbabies but stop often to smile down on Mom so she'll feel the warmth of your love and know you love and miss her too and you're with her always. Soar high among the clouds on your silvery new angel wings, beloved Boo Boo. Pressy's Grandpa
