"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Bogie, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your fur-angel bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your dear fur-angel would want for you this year...Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ & Patches mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

Bogie looks like a truly wonderful friend and companion! I know how much you much miss that beagle! Remember the good times and love. Beagles are just so sweet and loving! My Molly is almost 15, and we lost our Dusty almost 3 years ago -- but their love remains! Accept my condolences. If you are able, please visit my Dusty's site and see Molly, now 14+. I miss Dusty every day and cherish Molly, so I know your grief.

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Hello, handsome Bogie, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy feels your loving presence with her and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play happy meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy always, beloved Bogie. Pressy's Grandpa

Tara, I am so very sorry for the loss of your wonderful Bogie. What awesome pictures. I know the pain you are feeling as I just lost one of my best friends and companions of 16 years, Willy in January. It hurts so very badly, and I know my tears are still flowing. I know though, that he and Willy are probably playing in the meadows running and jumping now. I know Willy loved the sunshine and I hope that Bogie does too. I truly believe that God would not have made a Heaven without our beloved companions there to meet us. I have left an extra angel to look over Bogie, as they are our special angels watching over us. I hope that your pain begins to turn to peace that fills your heart with nothing but wonderful memories. They make the days become a little less heartbreaking knowing that their hearts are always with ours. God Bless You until we all meet again. I would love for you to visit Willy at http://.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/WILLY010/Resident.HTM

God bless you for taking in one of his poor creatures and showing them love and compassion until it was time for them to return to their forever home. God doesn't always send us what we want, but he does send us what we need, and sometimes that comes covered with fur. I hope the memories you have of the time you spent with Bogie will help to ease the pain of your loss.

Tara, I just visited Bogie, he was beautiful. I enjoyed the pictures. I know the pain of loving a beloved pet, I lost my precious Bichon, Amor July 1, 2010 to cancer. She also was gone too soon. Its getting easier but I still miss her and think of her everyday. I hope one day you will smile as you remember all the love and joy Bogie gave you so freely. Please visit Amor at Rainbow Bridge to see my little girl. Take care, God bless. Eleanor http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/AMOR001/Resident.htm

Dear Tara, My heart goes out to you in your loss of Bogie. I loved your tribute and photos. I can see by your beautiful memories that Bogie was your little soulmate and companion. I lost both of my fur babies earlier this year and I understand what you are going through. Please know that Bogie has gone to the rainbow meadow and is playing happily with many new friends, including my Inky and Bubba Lou. They are cats but in heaven's beautiful meadow, cats and dogs love each other and all get along fine. We will see our little departed ones again someday. Until then, I pray that wonderful memories of the years you had precious Bogie will comfort you and bring you peace. I leave a little blanket for Bogie and his new friends to cuddle up in beneath heavenly stars.
