My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Eugene, I am so very sorry that Bear had to leave to cross the bridge. They are not lost, just waiting for us. One of my best friends and companion of 16 years, Willy, went to the bridge in January. My tears still flow when I think of him. I know though, that Bear and Willy are probably playing in the meadows, running and jumping now. I know Willy loved the sunshine and I hope that he does too. I truly believe that God would not have made a Heaven without our beloved companions there to meet us. I have left an extra angel to look over Bear, as they are our special angels watching over us. I hope that your pain begins to turn to peace that fills your heart with nothing but wonderful memories. They make the days become a little less heartbreaking knowing that their hearts are always with ours. God Bless You until we all meet again. I would love for you to visit Willy at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/WILLY010/Resident.HTM

Hello Eugene, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Bear Bethoven. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on there memory and begin to celebrate there life. Please take comfort in knowing that one day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander in July 2008 & have attached his link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm

Eugene, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Bear and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm

Bear Bethoven - You have been an extraodinary member of the family and a true confidante! Send your family some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let mom and dad know that God has appointed you to be the guardian protector to watch over them until they are called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Eugene - I send you my sincere sympathy over the loss of Bear Bethoven. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

Dear Eugene and Family, your Bear Bethoven Richardson is well and happy and playing like a puppy in heaven's sunshine. It breaks our hearts when our little soulmates grow old and leave us for the rainbow meadow but we know that they go to a beautiful place. You will be reunited with Bear at the bridge someday. Blessings of comfort and peace to you all.

Bear, you are truly cherished! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your mom, dad and Uncle Richard who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Eugene, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Bear is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually hug your heart until then. Blessings and peace, Clare and Martha....Please visit our Katy at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/KATY004/resident.HTM

Hello, handsome Bear Bethoven Richardson, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mom and Dad love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase sunbeams and rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind to Mom and Dad...signs to Uncle Richard too!...so they feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at Mom and Dad so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mom and Dad always, beloved Bear. Pressy's Grandpa
