"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Bear, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your fur-angel bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your dear fur-angel would want for you this year...Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ & Patches mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Bear and Spooky have become good friends. My sincere sympathy on the loss of your beautiful Bear. I know what you mean about the Bear shaped emptiness in your heart, as my Bear left me over a year ago and I still miss him like crazy. I hope the memories you have of your time together help to ease the pain of your loss.

Lynn, how adorable he is. I am so very sorry that Bear had to leave to cross the bridge. They are not lost, just waiting for us. One of my best friends and companion of 16 years, Willy, went to the bridge in January. My tears still flow when I think of him. I know though, that Bear and Willy are probably playing in the meadows, running and jumping now. I know Willy loved the sunshine and I hope that Bear does too. I truly believe that God would not have made a Heaven without our beloved companions there to meet us. I have left an extra angel to look over Bear, as they are our special angels watching over us. I hope that your pain begins to turn to peace that fills your heart with nothing but wonderful memories. They make the days become a little less heartbreaking knowing that their hearts are always with ours. God Bless You until we all meet again. I would love for you to visit Willy at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/WILLY010/Resident.HTM

Lynn, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Bear and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Bear - You were such a great companion to the family and so loving along with it! Send the family some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Lynn know that God has appointed you to be her guardian, protector to watch over her until she is called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Lynn - I send my sincere sympathy to you over the loss of Bear. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

Hello Lynn, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Bear. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on there memory and begin to celebrate there life. Please take comfort in knowing that one day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander in July 2008 & have attached his link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm

Lynn--What a beautiful face. But no matter what and for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Bear knew what he was doing when he decided not to have you make the decision, and now he ia happy and healthy playing with Oreo,Ralph and their friends while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge. He is most likely telling of his adventures on the beach. I can send you my babies site if you'd wish to visit..take care..

Dear Lynn, your little Bear is the cutest furbaby ever. I am sure he brought joy to your life every day he was with you. It breaks our hearts when our little soulmates grow old and leave us for the rainbow meadow but we know that they go to a beautiful place. I know and understand the sorrow you are going through for I lost both of my purrkitties two weeks apart after having them for many years. Sweet Bear, along with my Inky and Bubba Lou, are well and happy and playing like puppies and kittens in heaven's sunshine. We will be reunited with our little departed ones at the bridge someday. May wonderful memories of Bear heal your broken heart and may God bless you with comfort and peace. Blessings to Sammy, too.

Hello, handsome Bear, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase sunbeams and rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind to Mommy...signs to Mama and Sammy too!...so she feels your loving presence with her and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy always, beloved Bear. Pressy's Grandpa
