"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the most joyous and happiest of memories of your sweet Bear be the ones that you remember this month of December. May it be those very memories, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face, that surround you this first Holiday Season without your baby. May those memories bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one of the little presents that your furbaby guardian angel would want for you this year.... May God bless you and your entire family this wonderful Holiday Season. With best wishes, Karen....Dusty's mom.... http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

WOW. You had an amazing life with Bear. You sound like you all were so close and your hearts were and still are sewn together. Bear and Ranger are probably having a blast up there in heaven. I hope they have shown Shelby a good time and lots of love. I lost Shelby Oct 7 three months later. There's a special place in heaven for our little angels, we should look forward to being with them one day. Anita

I just visited your beautiful baby Bear on Rainbow Bridge. He certainly looks like he was a happy little baby. I lost my best friend Brandon in August and my heart breaks for your family. I still cry every day for my Brandon who did not have an easy passing but is pain free now. God Bless You All.

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Bear, you are so handsome! Jim & Alice, your world has lost a very special furperson, and heaven has gained a very special soul. Bear is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as BG is watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his precious love continually hug your hearts until then. Clare and Martha

Bear - You are one gorgeous individual! Send your mom and dad some kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many fur friends to play with. Let Jim and Alice know that God has appointed you to be the guardian, protector to watch over them until they are called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Jim and Alice - I send you my sincere sympathy over the loss of Bear. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

To precious Bear, a new angel at the Rainbow... I'm just so very sure the very moment you crossed over to your new home that your health, youth and vigor were instantly renewed, weren't they? And though you are going to miss your whole family, I just know you've had a chance to look around for a soft heavenly place to take your many sunshine-filled doggy naps, haven't you sweet baby... And each time you look up, and see the wondrously beautiful Rainbow, may you know that your family has actually helped make it shine a little brighter. How? With their tears, sweet baby. Their gentle tears here have mixed with the sunshine there at your new home, and your Rainbow shines even more beautifully for you now, doesn't it little baby! An old Indian proverb: "THE SOUL WOULD HAVE NO RAINBOW IF THE EYES HAD NO TEARS" says it best...You are now resting in the Arms of the Angels...what more could your family have ever wished for you? What more could they have ever wished....

Dear Jim and Alice, I just read your wonderful tribute to Bear. It was so heart felt. I found it because my Belle is a few names up from Bears in the index. I also have a doggy named Cody. He has a brother named Doc. They are both feral dogs that my husband and I took in when they were just 6 weeks old. We think they are Carolina dogs, which actually is a breed. Belle was so patient with the boys. She was their YODA. She tought them alot in their short time together. Belle also put up with 2 indoor kitty cats. She was such a good girl. Saturday she left this world to go to Heaven. I was alone when I drove her the vets. I was crying so hard,I probally should not have been driving. It was time though. The nasty cancer had won for now. As soon as she took her last breath though the cancer had lost. She was free. Free to be youhg, healthy and to able to walk and run. It is so quiet. please accept my deepest sympathy and stay touch if you can. Patty-Belles mommy P.S.Bear is so beautiful

Hello, handsome Bear, welcome to the forever sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your Mommy and Daddy love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place at RB. We asked our Pressy to help Ranger welcome you and be your playmate to chase golden sunbeams and rainbows and give you kitty headbumps. She'll help show you wonders of the bright Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind to Mommy and Daddy...doggie signs to Murphy and Cody too!...so they'll feel your presence and special doggie kisses in gentle evening breezes. You're another guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We'll ask they not be so sad but remember you're in their hearts forever. Play happy meadow games with the other furbabies but stop often to smile at Mommy and Daddy so they'll feel the warmth of your love and know you miss them too and are with them always. Soar high among the clouds now on your silvery angel wings, beloved Bear. Pressy's Grandpa
