Nice analogy! I often have comaerpd my writing to my running, you don't use the same physical muscles but the exact same mental ones. I find I do the same things when the run or the writing gets hard, I say a mantra just one more step just one more word. And the more steps I discipline myself to do and the more words the easier it becomes. Well done on achieving so much, you should crow, throw confetti, and dance. *Waits for the sparkles and puppies brigade.

I'm so very sorry for the loss of your precious Bailey. It breaks our hearts when our precious fur babies leave us for the rainbow heaven. Don't be too sad but treasure memories and have comfort knowing they are running and playing as they used to. Remember their pawprints are nestled in your heart forever until we are all reunited with our babies. My sweet baby, Barney left for Rainbow Bridge 2/15/12 and also miss him terribly, but know we have so much to do in their memory. God bless you.

Hello Michelle, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Bailey. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. Dear Michelle, he's beautiful and precious, and what a wonderful blessing that he came into your life many years ago and brought such love and companionship. How well do I know the same blessing! My baby boy kitty, Bubba Lou, was also born in 1997, but left for heaven's most beautiful meadow last year. We must always know that our babies have gone to a happy place where they are young and well again. Sweet Bailey now plays like a puppy in heavenly sunshine. He has made many new furfriends and together they roam, chase, woof-woof and purr, cuddle and nap, knowing all along that they will be reunited with their earthly families someday. When we cross the rainbow bridge and they come running to greet us, we will be with them forever more. I wish you blessings of healing and peace, dear friend. Michelle, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts.
